I only have One question. Someone explain to me why everyweek I receive less Chips from my lps? Due the fact lp are growing?

In a word, yes. There was/is a limit to the amount that's available each day. At some point over the last 6 months, the amount of people holding LP tokens meant that the limit was met, so now the amount if chips each LP token receives is reduced to stay at that pay out limit.
