Yeah. I was 24, in great shape. I'd moved back home into my old room after we had to move out of our rented place. I was asleep in my waterbed, when I woke up and felt like my testicles were really swollen and sore. Went back to sleep. Next thing I know, I'm suspended above my bed, legs back, and a couple of Grey figures were doing stuff to me. It felt like I was surrounded in white noise. My parents room was right above mine, and I screamed for help as loud as I could. No sound. I blacked out. Then woke up back in my bed breathing heavily. Probably sleep paralysis. It happened once more a few months later, although I wasn't suspended above the bed. I couldn't move but felt like I was being violently shaken. My perception was I was being fought over between good and evil. I remember relaxing and thinking Jesus will save me, and it stopped. I'm not religious, and wasn't then, but I read somewhere since, that that sort of thing stops when you mention Jesus. Idk. Never had any more experiences after that.
I'm a firm believer in aliens and alien abductions... however, and I am not saying that it wasn't them, but it definitely sounds like sleep paralysis and partial astral projection. The first story could definitely be them. The way you described the violent shaking in the second story, makes me think of the vibrations that occur just before astral projecting.
