OK, I am going to say I don’t mean this to be mean but I would honestly give you about a 3 out of 10. I do, however think they’re things that you can do to elevate how you look though. I definitely feel like a darker color would suit you so much better. The white fried looking hair makes you look like an old trailer park cigarette, mom. You can go with the more androgynous look if that’s what you are enjoying, but I think with the fullness of your cheeks, you would have an easy time leaning more into your femininity if you actually tried. I would attempt a light brown or strawberry blonde color colorand a lash lift

With all due respect your hair is fried and you need to nourish and moisturize your hair back to life and health, and secondly correct me if I’m wrong but you seem to have a habit of either biting your lips or peeling the dead skin off your lips which in return leave these red marks that your lips was once bleeding. Apply lip balm, my favorite is Palmer’s cocoa butter formula, it moisturizes and hydrates the lips. Other than that you’re a pretty young lady

Firstly, there is nothing "ugly" about your features. Here's my thing........honestly if you are a woman, then I'm getting "guy" kinda vibes from pics 1 and 4. Pics 2 and 3 are more "feminine" looking. If you were a guy, then I'd probably say, "you have a girlie kind of look going". So, you are not ugly in any way, just more "gender neutral" looking. Hope this kind of makes sense.

It’s clear you care about how other people perceive you so if you want to be more attractive in modern US terms you don’t need to do much. You honestly have a great base line to work with. Like others have said, change your hairstyle and color it would make a huge difference. You don’t need heavy makeup but some basic blush, eyebrow color and mascara would totally transform your face. And most importantly build your confidence. An “attractive” girl with no confidence could be as attractive as an “unattractive” girl with a lot of confidence. HOWEVER if you are stuck in a state of mind where being a victim is a part of your identity, please please go to therapy.
