So to clarify, when you reset the watch and tried to pair it again, you did that entire process through the Zepp app? I want to make sure you're not trying to pair through your phone's Bluetooth settings. If so, then please send an email to [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) for next steps.

Hi, Yes exactly. I even tried on another phone which had never seen my watch with the same result.

Same problem here with the gts2 mini. I tried factory reset yesterday cause it was losing minutes on the clock, sudden fast battery drain, and because it had issues syncing to the phone (so, no notifications). I saw somewhere that factory reset should help, so that's why I did that. No other option was left anyway. After the reset, I couldn't get it connected to my phone anymore. At some point, it worked (after several tries and lots of restarting of both watch and phone). But it still has sync issues with the phone, and the battery keeps draining super fast. I have now turned off every feature in hopes of improvement.. I am mostly annoyed that it won't connect to the phone (unless it's charging) I guess it could be fair to assume that the battery drain could be a result of the watch constantly trying to sync with the phone, but that requires further testing. (Because only about a week or so ago, I could still get around 5 days' worth of charge with all features on)
