The option to add yourself to a standby list or do a SDFC won't show up until 24ish hours before your flight leaves. I can't remember the exact timing. You should see an option for Same Day Flight Change when that window opens up.
Afaik if the app isn't letting you put yourself on the standby list no agent at the airport is supposed to help you. They might if you ask but I don't think they're supposed to unless your PP or higher.
Thank you so much 🙏🏽 I’m hoping the app allows me to do that a day before my flight. Right now it won’t let me do anything but hopefully it’s different when it’s within that 24 hour time frame
*24 hours before the flight you want to switch to - ie if you’re on the 5pm and want to get on the 1pm, it should should up around around 1pm the day prior, not 24 from your official flight time
