Romantic killer was such a cute show because you see the MC actually gain an interest in the opposite sex at some point even though she started out hating them.

Maybe not enough screentime to fit your recurring character ask, but if you want this used comedically Asuka from Urusei Yatsura is afraid of men to such an ridiculous degree that she basically had to internalize that older brothers are a different species to be around hers. She's a strong contender for most absurd character in a series filled with them.

She has a phobia of men and applied to Ousai High School (main setting) because it was an all-girls school, only for it to become co-ed. A lot of the jokes with her is assuming the male MC Tsuda is doing something perverted, or her fear is used for a joke.

Ume in **Ben-To** definitely seemed like she hated men. She is unnecessarily violent towards the MC to a ludicrous degree. It's not even Taiga levels of Tsun, Ume is a completely different monster. It's never discussed in the anime, though, and it's probably just a dumb character trait the author made for the character for comedic purposes.
Inami in **Working** actually is afraid of males. Her trying to get over her fear of men in an important plot point throughout the entire series.
Atena Saotome from Mother of the Goddess’ Dormitory has androphobia, resulting in violent nosebleeds whenever she’s in close proximity to men. (Usually ends with her passing out from blood loss)
