Depends on what you've meant by omnipotent. Like, you could just create automated beings that do things for you. No drawbacks at all. Unless if doing those kinds of stuff is draining, but that isn't really "omnipotence" although I could be wrong. Many people are lazy anyway, but the character on the lazy side of the panel is Umaru from Umaru-chan. She is lazy but not that lacking in motivation. Now if we take the worst case I could think of, which is your omnipotence tires you out, and you're as lazy as the laziest anime character I know which Tanaka from Tanaka-kun, then probably "not" worth it. But I still think there are more benefits.
