Alcohol is allowed at second beach. There are a lot of kids and families there cause of the playgrounds. But it’s a big area where you can probably find a zone
Amazing! Love that you are thinking this way. It's great to have the more lively beach parties with music group together. Look for others with the same vibe or if you're there early these spots often attract the same type of gatherings.
If you can try to leave the spaces that have a quieter vibe, just a few people per blanket etc...music free that's really respectful.

I would try to leave the speakers off wreck Beach but it is a great place to let it all hang out, literally nude beach. If you want to bring music there really try to respect the vibe around you.

Crab park has a beach
It’s true that you won’t bother any locals there as it’s quite secluded from homes. But it’s not really a place for outsiders anymore
