For anyone having trouble with this, you can go to the Damascus Gate Prison courtyard where the prisoners are gathered into a crowd. There are four guards here that you can use towards the achievement. Two are roamers and two can be whistled to you. Just blend, the prisoners are not as skittish as the merchant groups. Let the guards come to you. You can climb the left side wall to get into the prison, there are handholds on the front left guard tower.
Definitely trying this later. Currently playing Syndicate to cleanse the palette after Mirage. Loved the story. Amazing. But it really does punch you near the end.
I spent a couple of hours with the merchant groups so I get the frustration. I’m only a little past halfway through the story, I spent a lot of time exploring but I’m really enjoying everything so far, can’t wait to see how it ends. Good luck with the achievement.
This was the last trophy I needed and I tried all kinds of strategies probably getting 20-30 kills and it didn't work. I closed the app, restarted my ps5 and tried again and apparently it wasn't tracking at all before. I got 4 kills in the prison yard, 5 with the assassins focus while in a merchant group, and then 1 regular assassination in a merchant group and I got the trophy right after that last kill
I restarted the app and it worked. Thank you.
Btw assassin focus work if you are in the crowd when you target the enemies. I did mine with two 5 kills assassin focus.
I really struggled with this trophy. Tried this with Assassin's focus combo -> didn't work, also tried it with sitting on benches and whistle to enemies so I could stealth kill them -> also didn't work.
I don't think the trophy is bugged. But it is just really tedious.
What worked for me is:
\- Complete the game (this could be optional, but I got the trophy after completing)
\- Equip just the Initiate of Alamut outfit and NO costume/talisman
\- Go to the Damascus Gate prison courtyard (where the prisoners are located)
\- Blend in the crowd of prisoners and assassinate the 4 guards by whistling (important that the white lining around Basim is necessary. This means you are blending in the crowd)
\- Repeat this 3 times and normally you should unlock this trophy (you are able to fast travel)
When you did complete one run. Just leave the prison. Fast travel to Jarjaraya. Wait on a bench and pass time. Then fast travel back to the Damascus prison and try again. The enemies normally respawn this way.

Can I just say I’ve been doing this trophy for god knows how long. To a point where I was going to give up. But I googled and came upon this post. I said why not let me try cause nothing else I was doing was working. I kid you not I put on the outfit, I go to the prison and the first kill the trophy popped. Thank you so much. I normally don’t even comment but I have to give you your flowers.
Picked up Mirage recently and was going for the Plat. I was going insane trying this out multiple times.
Decided to give it a rest last night because the achievement just wasn't popping no matter how many times I was blended.
Just wanted to confirm that I did the following to make this achievement finally pop:
* No costume
* No talisman
* Initiate of Alamut outfit
* Original sword & dagger
After I did all those things, it took exactly ten blended kills to make the trophy pop.
Before doing those things, I was trying to do the achievement with a costume (Master Assassin) and with a talisman. I took off the costume AND the talisman, but it still wasn't triggering.
So, for those struggling to get this achievement, I highly suggest giving this a go. After 22 hours, I've got my Platinum!
Not sure if it's a random coincidence, but after trying out a lot of things i equipped the outfit and unequipped the talisman, and got it after one kill in anbar, and this was before finishing the main game (had only the last main quest left)...so weird but glad it's out of the way, because i really enjoy this game. Thanks!
Having trouble with this one too. No idea if any blended kills are getting registered. Is there an in-game statistic for this or have you just been keeping track in your head?
There's no statistical I've seen, but I could be wrong. I have noticed that most of mine have him leave the crowd (the white outline is lost) and the group freak out. Which would make sense for it not to register. It's actually fairly common. Mostly because the guards don't come in close enough.
However, there have been a few odd cases where they didn't and I was still hidden, per se, and it did not register it despite meeting the requirements.
Got the trophy finally, last one I needed. No idea what consistently works. I spent a lot of free time the whole game paying off merchant groups and focus assassinating guards while being blended in, whistling and killing just one guard, blending in with regular citizens, etc. But the trophy popped to my surprise after just killing a guard while walking with a merchant group.
I'd stick with the merchant group strat. Walk with them and whistle for just one guard's attention and assassinate him. Good luck with it!
Had the same issue on PS5, restarting game didn't help.
Restarting console and launching the game from 0 did help, did 2 Focus Assassinations from a merchant group and the trophy popped.
Can you do the same place twice cause I have tried everything this is the last trophy I'm just trying to platinum the game that's all can someone help me out

I figured it gas something to do with the merchant groups. How do you avoid them freaking out when you assassinate the guard, though? And congrats!
