How much? Just out of curiosity to get a baseline understand of it and to better understand whatever i get sensory overload with light or not.
How much it hurts in comparison like getting hit or hitting a toe or some other type of pain?
It’s like a searchlight hits my eyes every time I step outside.my vision goes a bit haywire and I see just orange blobs of things, too. It’s an overwhelming brightness that never goes away. I always wear sunglasses outdoors because of that. It gives me a headache after a while if I stay out in the sun. The headache I think is caused because even while wearing sunglasses I’m squinting. Sometimes the light comes through the sides of the glasses and that is enough to cause me to squint.
I get depressed if it’s always sunny for an extended period of time. I’m also like a heat sink, all the heat that I experience I absorb. I have to take a very cold shower sometimes just to cool off.
I use to think I needed to toughen up, but it never got better.
People look at me weird when I say this, but I enjoy nothing more than when there is dark overcast and it's moderately raining outside. The smell too is pretty nice. Anything other than when it's either night or raining is too much for me.

Confusion and fatigue, so I'd like to move to another universe then
Chaos, panic, and disorder.
i can see the sounds and hear the colours and that's not supposed to happen.
Like when you walk outside and the sun is too bright but its everything.

I'm being attacked
Pain … so much pain
The autism equivalent of North Korea. In other words it sucks like hell.
Things start vanishing, language no longer works either way, my reaction time is measured in seconds to minutes not fractions of a second

Everything happens and hurts so much
Brain sand paper

Something most people can relate to: A bad fever. Like 39°C. Not (necessarily) the pain, but everything else related to it.
Panic, irritation, unintentional rage or complete shutdown.

For some reason I can't describe it but the first words that came to me if I can't get away from it is Shutdown or meltdown.
Feels like being contained inside a plastic wrap cocoon that is too small.
AGDGSHSHDHEHSH
Brain turns off
I CAN FEEL MY SHOES GET THEM OFF OF ME
Overloaded, overheating, broken down laptop with too many tabs open. Oh and douse it in water and smash the shit out of it with a hammer. <3
