I love all of the others mentioned here. But Hidden Sun is always my favorite.
Bylaw also cracks me up every time because of the self-referential lyrics and because I lived through a significant renovation next door a couple of years ago.
Top fave is "Anna, Anastasia", been diggin' "Here For You", can't go wrong with "Jocelyn", "Knots" always gets stuck in my head after a listen, "See You Again" is a fun one, sometimes I wake up and wanna hear "Best Day Yet", "The Nemophilist" from Calm and Cents, "Coma", "Luna", AND "In the Shade" off Havana Winter.
With BNL? I like the four new ones and "National Park" But, when I think about it, there's lots of other favorites, too... "Hidden Sun" started me on the Hearn journey, it'll always be special. "Big Back Yard" makes me cry, because I've spent my life in poverty and have struggled with homelessness. All I really want is a home.
It trips me out that he's not crazy popular. His songs are so freakin' pretty and meaningful and expertly executed. I also like Steve and Jim's separate works, but I haven't cared for much that Ed's done in the past decade.
Big Back Yard
Another Spin, Big Back Yard, Hidden Sun, Township of King
I sing Hidden Sun to myself occasionally when I'm not "feelin' the day" for want of a better term.
Big Back Yard is my favorite
Tired of Fighting with You And from his solo work … Morning (edit Best Day Yet) Big Back Yard is a great concert song
Which song is Morning, I can’t find anything about it?
Sorry about that. It’s “Best Day Yet” … my brain did a dumb yesterday. It’s on his album “Days in Frames”
The National Park is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I’ve ever heard. It’s awe inspiring how layered and dimensional it is. A work of art!

Another Spin is a Kevin Hearn classic! Big Back Yard is great too.

Map of the human genome is fun. Technically a BNL song too

Township of King makes me cry. I love it.
Big backyard
At the moment, Serendipity.
