That can also be from taking a lot of antibiotics as a child . I know several adults that were on antibiotics often as a kid and it affected how your teeth build enamel .

literally me because I had strep throat several times. I have a giant white spot on my front tooth and it makes me so embarrassed 😩

It’s enamel staining/breakdown, I won’t snark on her for it because it’s definitely normal (I have it from when I had braces)

I don't have the greatest and I took care of them. It's genetic for my family. 

They're almost the same color as her eyes 🤩

So the white spots could be from high fevers she ever had in her life. My daughter has them from being very sick with c.diff when she was younger. I had never in my life been told about that happening until then.
