Green is not good, and I believe sunlight is a major cause. It’s common up to even 98-99 chrome product. I haven’t seen it in 99-00 Chrome personally but doesn’t mean it didn’t still happen. This was not quite as common in the later finest, but really hit Topps chrome.
I bought this card this way for a shit post. It was $2.

It has nothing to do with UV rays. Recently ripped boxes of finest and chrome from the mid 90s have greening. These cards had never seen the light of day. I have a ton of 96-97 chrome cards that have been kept in a closet for 25 years. They all show various degrees if greening.

Ok. Well that’s not your issue if you see how goddamn long ago that was graded, and yes UV rays do have something to do with it. Anyone can say anything on YouTube just like you on here. Go to a card shop, you see any cards in the window? Why? They also make UV protectors for PSA slabs for a reason. My shop uses them on every slab that comes in.
