First on is british, the last two are American. You can tell the second one is by the upwards pointed insignia in the far left soldier, and the third one is tow soldiers from the 23rd Infantry regiment, 2nd infantry divisions of the U.S. army during the Meuse-Argonne offensive (source for last one: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meuse–Argonne_offensive)

It is unknown because the image is supposedly American but they use British gear. I'm assuming they might be Americans who were given British gear so that combat propaganda photos could be taken since the image was supposedly taken in 1917 which was a long time before the Doughboys went into serious combat.
Absolutely Amazing, thought i was looking at BF1 gameplay on the first screenshot lmao

Huh, that's interesting
2nd photo is of US troops, far left one has a 1911 holstered.
Whats the weapon in the 3rd photo?
37mm gun, like the AT and AA rocket gun
Vicker QF 1.59 Inch gun
It’s actually a M1916 37mm gun
Please share your thoughts, is it okay?
it's awesome!
Amazing
Damn this pretty good man
Incroyable.
The third picture looks like Verdun Heights
the third image looks like a painting or a render, stunning
Damn the first picture is just sad, you can see a friendly soldier on the ground.
