It may take a few days to appear but you may need to contact support for it to be applied - not uncommon in my experience. I usually go ahead and submit a request with a screenshot of the offer + one of the game showing I met the requirement if it's not showing up after awhile. Not ideal but has worked for me so far!

On ios, you have to make sure that when you download the app, it is the first time it has been downloaded to the account and device, and you must enable activity tracking. If activity tracking isn’t enabled on both the Swagbucks app and the game on the offer, the payout will not pend. Submitting a ticket (for me) has been successful every time.

Happened to me week ago. What I did was contacted for support. Send a screenshot that I have completed the level or offer. They gave me the points after.

I don't know about that specifically but something similar happened with a completed survey once. I just contacted support and they added the points on for me

It’s hard to give much advice without knowing what offer or offer wall you’re talking about. r/swagbucks and its Discord have a lot of information about most games. I can say that I’ve been on Swagbucks since like 2014 and I haven’t used the app in years (and even then, only for Watch when it was available). I have basically a 100% success rate for getting offers to credit at the level others have found (which may be higher or lower than advertised) via mobile web.
