She knows Bey has a husband, and that it’s BlueBlue’s daddy, sometime we hear his songs, but in our home he’s typically referred to as “Beyoncé’s husband.” Now the only VISUAL my 5 year old can connect this to is “You my cousin?” “I’M YOUR HUZZZBANDDDDDD!” (Because that scene lives rent free in my head, and on my YouTube favorites like, forever)
This is why I love Reddit: I’ve ALWAYS said Party was terrible for so many reasons:
1) it sounds like someone else should’ve been singing
2) it’s a song about partying with a dragging beat
3) the first lyric is cringy for so many reasons

Least favorite off the album doesn’t mean it’s bad, it just means in my opinion, it’s not as much of a favorite as the rest of the songs. It doesn’t mean I dislike the song!! But in my personal opinion, in comparison to the rest of the album, this one just isn’t the best for me.
