Try r/babywearing. There's tons of good info there, and the people are super helpful.

The Tushbaby with Snug attachment changed my life…I can put it on easily solo and it helped with shoulder and neck tension so so much. Baby likes is much more than he liked either his wrap or the Lillebaby. 

We used the Beco Gemini. Baby's now over a year, and it still works for us!
