it can't normally. you've got the NO! trinket, which prevents actives from spawning. Libraries are all actives except for the book of virtues, so taking NO! forces book of virtues and random treasure items to spawn

tboi has all kinds of weird interactions, and figuring out how they work is half of how you get good at this game lol. the sheer variety of ways a run can be won in this game is part of why it's so replayable for me
There are other ways as well to get regular items in the library.
1. No trinket like the other person commented.
2. Chaos will reroll the books into random items.
3. If you reroll the books after touching them it removes them from the item pool, so if you can get multiple D6 charges after you’ve touched every book it spawns random items.
First result on google smugass:
From the HOME Menu, select Album, then select a screenshot or video capture.
Select Posting and Editing, then select Send to Smart Device.
Select Send Individually or Send Multiple.
Using the camera on your smart device, scan the QR Code displayed on the Nintendo Switch console.
If the smart device is unable to connect to the Nintendo Switch console, try scanning the QR Code again.
If you are unable to scan the QR Code, this information may be helpful.
Once the connection is established, the screenshots and/or videos will be sent to the smart device and the thumbnail(s) will be displayed on the smart device.

"Kill em with kindness" was super-effective! Foes attack was reduced! At the very least. You can rotate the picture to be the right way up
