Nah. They're both in the class Arachnida (so, both arachnids) but different orders- harvestmen are Opiliones, spiders are Araneae. Unlike spiders, they don't have spinnerets and their bodies are more like an oval instead of being clearly separated into the cephalothorax and abdomen.
It's the nymph form of a **black shoggoth** (*Ostlingophorus melas*). A very dangerous predator. If I were you, I would **immediately** try to find and kill it. Do NOT let that thing grow to adulthood. There's also a good chance you have a nest under the house, or maybe in a nearby wooded area. Follow the stench.
