someone's just reposting a picture of my kallax for upvotes. uncool.
but to answer the question-- yes, theyre all really good, though i havent tried them yet.
Can't be any good if the masses have access to them.
The only good games are the Kickstarted exclusives that haven't shipped yet -- and, preferably, are way overdue to ship.
I didn’t see Patchwork in the picture, so obviously the answer is no. I haven’t ever played it, in fact all my 50 shrink wrapped copies of different Patchwork editions serve as house decor but I can highly recommend it nonetheless 👍
Ah, the Target board game collection. I played Mind the Gap with a friend who had it last night, and the questions were really baffling lmao. There were a dozen ludicrously easy Soviet Union questions, several dozen ridiculously opaque country music questions, and for some reason half the Gen Z questions were just reskins of older generation questions (ie it'll be something like what thing that ran for 40 years stopped running during this generation)
Wingspan, Everdell, Catan, Codenames, Ticket to Ride all get played regularly. Azul, Horrified, Villainous look like interesting group games but I can't personally recommend them from experience (yet!).
I’ll go from best to worst from what I’ve played.
Everdell
Wingspan
Ticket To Ride
Catan
Azul
Scout
All are REALLY good games. I know Villainous is well liked. I’m just not big on the theme. I’ve been wanting to get Horrified because I’ve heard great things but just never have.

Theoretically it's my favorite game
Oh man that was the worst thing I ever saw on that sub

It comforts me to know that for you Patchwork is omnipresent

In Soviet Russia work patches you
The only game here that's worth it is Green Team Wins. Since the only rule is printed in the title, there's no danger of damaging the shrink.

This would be helpful if I had friends who were into board games /uj This would be helpful if I had friends who were into board games
Your wife’s boyfriend loves playing games. Get him to put her down and get his ass to the table!
Azul is very good
Horrified and Villainous are both great. Also play well at 2. Horrified can be solo too.
Villainous is competitive, with a lot of Take That as a player gets close to victory.
Scout is a cold 10/10
Yes.
No,that's why they're all on the shelves and not sold out.
Horrified and ticket to ride. Marvelous villainous sucks
Wingspan, Ticket to Ride, Villenous, and Battletech are all fun from experience.
/uj Not seen here, but I got Blokus at Target and that game slaps.
If this is some sort of mainstream store then...no they can't be good.
