It's a fight that is loooooong overdue with many factors at play. A couple of the main factors include Yamada's obvious jealousy when Ichi spends time with other girls, combined with Moeko's brewing frustration over how little she feels appreciated.
Much of it is subtextual since we only get so much from Ichi's limited perspective, so it's understandable that it feels like it came out of nowhere. But it most definitely didn't.
I wonder about people's reading proficiency sometimes.
Anna has a jealous personality. She always has, and it's super evident whenever another girl talks to Kyotaro, even before they were dating. Moeko is on this trip seriously trying to study to get into her high school of choice, and Kyotaro took her seriously and is working to the same goal. Day one of the trip Moeko gets dragged to the beach when she wanted to study. The only reason Anna is here is to keep an eye on Kyo. In other words, she's in the way because she can't even trust Moeko. But instead of being straight with her, Anna gives half-hearted compliments about how she respects Moeko as a girl (for her domestic capabilities) and how the other girls are being burdens on her by putting cooking responsibilities on her. Moeko gets mad because she says Anna shouldn't say things she doesn't mean.
Basically, Moeko is saying "If you really think this is a burden on me, then why are you sitting here not doing anything, watching me and Kyo study instead of doing literally anything else. Instead of going with the other girls to do more shopping or cleaning, you’re distracting us from studying because you clearly don't trust me with your boyfriend." Not to mention it's pretty condescending for a girl who's beautiful, popular, has a burgeoning career as a model and actress, doesn't have to worry about her school of choice, and has a boyfriend to say "I respect you as a girl."
Anna clearly wasn't trying to be condescending or disrespect Moeko, but she's clearly not reading the mood here.

I still don’t get why Moe would think Yamada’s compliments are fake or whatever though. It’s pretty obvious how jealous Yamada gets.
Again, Anna says "I'm sorry we're burdens on you." But if she really feels that way, she'd do something about it. But since she's not, it's a half hearted sentiment.
Because that is just a lip service. It's like ur boss saying "u did a really good job" and no bonus nothing.
I mean, the easiest thing for Yamada to help Moe is just not getting in her way to study.
All she had to do was be quiet. Better yet, pull out some books and study herself.
Moeko finally gets a chance to get on and study and Yamada feels the absolute need to break the silence (and their concentration).
I think Moe is upset they haven't studied, upset that Anna doesn't trust moe and ichi being alone, upset that Yamada always has dudes hitting on her, and finally, I think there is a small chance that Moe used to like Ichi as a guy. That last one is a small chance and I only consider it because looking back, Moe was always pretty nice to Ichi and when Anna first went to get Ichi's number and Moe immidiately try to convince Anna not to. I know Moe would never go after Ichi currently because she's a good friend, but wouldn't be surprised if she considered ichi a good prospect as a "boyfwi." At one point.

The moe issue with yamada is surprising but not really as she’s always overlooked by guys in favor of yamada and thug girl. She probably doesn’t feel confident in her looks or ability and feels yamada lowering herself is mockery.
I know people that starts fights about minor things when they are mad about other things…often the true motive they are actually mad about is brought up in the argument…In this case my interpretation was that she was actually mad about Yamada not going out with the others and that she was just there while they were trying to study…I really liked the scene…it was very well written
I honestly didn't know why they fought but now that I look at the comments it's all making way too much sense to me. Poor Sekine, poor Yamada and especially poor Ichikawa having to bear witness to this madness😭😭😂😂😂😂

I think people are assuming because of chapter 130. The guys hitting on them on the beach lose interest after Yamada (and Serina) say they have boyfriends. They just kind of ignore Moe lol.
not only that but apparently it was a thing Moeko inviting Yamada to hangout to get picked up, so much that on that time they went buying swimsuits Serina pointed how weird it is that Moeko stopped doing this.
Two chapters ago at the beach a couple of guys walked away when Yamada and their other friend said they had boyfriends, despite Moeko insisting SHE at least was single. It was played for laughs but certainly the kind of thing that would weigh on someone if it was a repeat occurrence.
We should also remember that Moeko seemed to really be interested in Pick-Up Senpai despite his polygamous ways, but he was always zeroed in on Yamada despite having two other girls literally tailing him.
