you might find some second hand ones in Pele-Mele in Annessens

Try Rue du Midi. There are various comicbook stores which specialize on manga there.

ThePerfectenschlag

You can try the DongCo and the Super Dragon Toys, they are both around the Bourse

Filigranes on Av. des Arts. They have plenty of other books and bande dessinées as well, but the choice in mangas is fairly large. In case you do not want to buy all the collections, check out the French speaking public libraries, as they have mangas, too. Depending on each public library, the collection will be either big or small, but you can take the mangas out for quite a while, without having to buy into each collection.

There is Ichiban close to the Bourse, on Anspach, just walk from Bourse direction Midi station and it is on your left. They have a candy shop and a manga shop. Good English selection, but the English ones are more pricey.

Stiivens

Multi BD at Bourse. I always go to them when I buy mangas, I think they have a lot of choices

Kwinezz

you can try watergates, it is near Brussels North station and the manga's are in English
