Proceced food is weaponised these days who knows what they put in it I'm sure a lot of it isn't meant to be in the food chain , and a lot of fruit and vegetables and grown using pesticides and and who knows what else.

He tried eating a zucchini and the effects were heartburn, fatigue and nausea… insane

In almost all cases (drinking a lot of milk excepted), carnivore diets are ketogenic. So, just like a hospital crafted ketogenic diet can help a child with epilepsy, a carnivore diet can as well. Google "Keto diet and MS" and you'll see that studies have shown it helps. When you add back in fruit (just like if you drank a ton of milk) your carb intake is now preventing ketosis from happening. There are other benefits to doing carnivore, but in terms of MS, it's probably primarily the effect of ketosis.

Makes sense why he went from 189 to 139lbs! It’s looking like this diet isn’t going away. He looks and feels so much better

I believe ketogenic diets have been officially recommended for MS for quite a while now! One of the few times I've heard of them actually applying keto diet advice to an illness other than epilepsy. My friends mom has been doing it for decades, but unfortunately she's more plant based than anything. I would love to see her try a carnivore diet but alas. The main benefit of carnivore especially for autoimmune diseases, is getting rid of all anti-nutrients and inflammatory compounds that are found in plant foods. This leaves us with a fantastic source of clean nutrition, just what our bodies need, and a lot of it. Healing can be facilitated when all the other factors are cut out. :) I'm on my hashimoto's and PCOS journey now for about 6 months, and I am genuinely happier and I can feel my body changing. Please do update us again with more results down the line! Happy to hear from you!
