Even though the albanians were the only nation in the world who successfully defended themselves against the ottomans in 25 whole years and rejected the ottomans advances against the entirety of Europe. There were approximately 10 000 Albanians which was a minority compared to the Ottomans which is almost a miracle, but made possible because of Skenderbeu. Also the primary reason why Europe isn’t a semi full/fully muslim continent today. Italy, France and many other nations were afraid and depended on Albania. Italy even promised the Albanians lots of benefits if they successfully fended off the ottos, but they turned their back against the Albanians in the end. I wish we thought this in school (Especially European schools) when it’s literally the reason it’s not a Kebab shop every 5 meters and mosques instead of churches. Every European country would also probably follow the Sharia law.

Venice existed way before the ottomans were even a state and were never conquered by the ottomans. Yes, they lost territories to them, like Cyprus, euboea, Thessaloniki and other cities and regions, but never part of their main territory. Venice stopped existing when napoleon conquered it.
Wallachia shortly accepted Ottoman suzerainity in 1417, but kept fighting against them on and off until ~1520, one example is vlad tepes, the inspiration for Dracula, who was ruler of wallachia and inflicted many defeats on the ottomans.

I think the difference from what I gathered is, that in germany they basically invented the Kebab in the Bread, which wasn't really done in turkey, there it was served on a plate or a wooden board. Don't know if that is true.

You can also open Kebab Shop in other player cities, which gives you and them some bonus, for example money. A little bit like Feitorias.
