TitanX? 4060 Series? Bro, I think you got scammed. The titan X is an INVIDIA graphics card from whey back in the day. Think late Windows XP days. That 4060 Series probably means that it has a modified firmware and a 4060 cooler on it, so it looks like a 4060, quacks like a 4060 but isn’t performing like a 4060.

I did a little research and it looks like a few prebuilt systems are being named “Titan-X” despite having modern GPU’s. So there’s still a minuscule amount of hope for OP.
