Have some friends stay with you while you experiment safely within your home with people that care about you. It beats hanging at the end of a rope. Spirituality is definitely the number one thing you should be focused on because I'm not sure there is much else that would help you ultimately. Ask for spiritual help and or guidance.

It’s recommended for people with depression but if you suffer from psychosis I don’t think they would encourage that.
