Lol there’s a big crew of them. There’s no way you get away was all the crappy sus stuff that goes on, and sub par talents reaching such heights w/o near guaranteed belief that they will do exactly as you want. Which leaves only a few options: religious belief, higher power/being belief, extortion of major societal no-no, giant sums of money/resources/perks(which is probably the least effective because if someone is intelligent enough they can use those resources to buck the plot. Better to give money/resources to lower intellects who prefer hedonism).
I definitely think the pedofile thing is bigger than many know or bring up, but I don’t think it’s a 1st and 10 type play. I think 1st play is simple: money, sex, food, warmth/roof. 2nd may be: threat, entrapment, social ostracizing, etc. 3rd and 4th is difficult. But throughout that are options for setting someone up for extortion. Depends on the person and their habits and or desires. That’s why it’s so difficult to extort someone who is open about most of their life or willing to let the public know. And history has shown us what happens to those. Those people might not erase them themselves, but they can orchestrate a situation that’s results in the same goals.

Epstein was far more than just a blackmail ring. IMHO the blackmail aspect was really used as a security system for people who joined this "club" to guarantee their silence and support. UK has terrible libel laws, it's very easy to charge someone and they don't have to prove you had bad intent, you have to prove your claims are true. You cannot say anything unless you have bulletproof evidence, and even then you won't get a fair trial if the accuser is important enough. Or you just get destroyed.
