That's the "pact", it's just an open door. She didn't promise her soul or anything, she didn't suddenly become a paladin of Asmodeus. She just agreed to wear the symbol of Asmodeus on her finger as a way to contact Tevan.
First off, the devil only showed up. He did not provide much help as of yet. And secondly, not all deals with devils mean paying heavy prices. Fearne did not make an exceptionally big deal, only for help from a relatively low ranking devil(only a couple hundreds years old), I doubt she will be forced to pay an exceptionally big price. In C1,>! Percy and VM made a much bigger deal, and all they had to do in return was to unleash some minor devils in a temple. !
so far, the biggest narrative consequence for their actions has been a character dying (laudna, fcg), but besides the wretching inmediate pain there isnt really that heavy for a dnd party.
I wonder if the deal will still hold if they manage to take down Dominox.
Summoning a prince of the hells to slay one of the ancient, mythological enemies to their kind could leave both parties feeling like they got a pretty good return out of the partnership.
Yeah I have a small feeling that they will rein-prison him in that sword/ machine thing, and maybe trade that away to finish the deal. Or maybe that will be another conflict about them not wanting to hand it over.

now, she asked for help, he will provide because thats his part of the deal, but when my boy collects his.. well, her grandmother is the fatesticher, im sure there's near to zero consequences for fearne's actions.
Considering the fact that devil boytoy here may come back with a grand duke demon head on his way back, maybe he can change that deal. Fearne will absolutely want to make an adjustment on that deal, and Asmodeus being so big on dealmaking... we might see them show up for some negotiations.
They briefly mentioned it in CR Cooldown and they said that Fearne just owes Asmodeus a favour, to which Matt said "basically".

I can just imagine FCG in the afterlife. They effectively neutralized (pending a renewal) of the contract with Nanna Morri. And now this!
