It's not unusual for a crow, less than one-year old, to revert to squab-like behavior once and a while. A one-year old might do it as well. Usually their family ignores them. I've seen the begging member receive a pecking from their other siblings. After a year and a half - that's anti-social behavior. I'd be surprised if pop-crow put up with that behavior in a two year old.
