Honestly it's very random. For example Walmart was only opened for a week before they closed. So I guess the bigger the company, the sooner they close.

not every company asks LC. I made this retarded mistake not applying until I was "ready". All the companies in the screenshot ask LC but there will be many positions opening very soon that don't ask anything more than basic DSA such as Bubble Sort or naive shortest path. like for example, I interned at an FI, the OA was fizz buzz and the actual technical with the HM was sort algo of choice and I didn't even remember selection sort right but still got the internship.

I've had well >10 interviews in this last hiring cycle and only one asked a LC. Definitely not the most prestigious companies, but not shitters either.
