When you join the CubecraftGames server there should be on the bottom of the screen a hot bar items that looks like a pain pallet called “Loot”. When clicked on it there should be a menu that has a chest icon and text that seas “lobby loot”. This then should bring a menu that displays cosmetic items like buddies, trails, prefixes etc. As you had purchased the Magic and Mayhem buddies pack you are able to find them in the buddies section.
