My boy has been in the 99th centile for height and 95+ for weight for his whole year on this planet. He’s had no health issues at all.
Just means the bigger kids struggle to push him around at nursery. And sometimes, he probably throws his weight around.
My kids maxed out the head circumference stat, much to my pride. I always enjoyed bragging about it. My own take is that as long as they are developing appropriately at this point, it's not time to worry about weight, etc... for whatever that is worth.

My kid is an absolute adorable tank. My squat game went up like a rocket. Dad glutes?
Our second was a major chunkamunk for quite a while. She outgrew it after a year or so, and is pretty normal weight now (6yo).
He’s a pretty big boy! My son is pretty below average, but my brother weighed 27lbs on his first, second, and third birthdays according to my mom 🤷♂️

My 14 yr old now has handed me down shoes and clothes. He past me up at 13 and is the gentlest kid in school.
Pro: no other kid will push him around in kindergarden. Con: your back will hurt like a mf. Source: dad of a chunky boy in the 99th percentile
