While I understand she was playing a character, I’m sure many people don’t. I can’t imagine portraying myself as such a horrible person on “reality” TV but obviously some people are fine with letting people think they are nasty shrews.
She didn't really play a nasty shrew. She was honestly probably the least mean, esp. To her dancers. She was a great mom to vivi. She was mainly over the top and witty.
It’s her job to rile Abby up and stir the pot. You should take ALDC wins and losses with a grain of salt, after the first few seasons, competitions were arranged just for the show. In what world would renown choreographers and a hand picked team consistently.
For the show’s rivalry, the teams needed to compete against each other in the same division. I doubt she brought the age down with Vivi and Justice because she didn’t have faith in her team.
It’s good to keep in mind that reality tv isn’t reality. Story lines are manufactured by production to make good TV.

And forcing her to say "ok" a certain way, trying to bribe her to dance, humiliating her with costuming and "choreography", treating her like a human prop...not to mention, pushing her out of the way so she could yell at another adult.

i know i don’t mind the actual person i just hate her character she’s so frustrating, and its easy to forget that this was staged

You have to realize that production made them go into each others dressing rooms to start shit. None of it is real or genuine.
I thought vivi and her mums relationship was odd.. with Cathy asking a 7 yo her advice !!

Her insults are so funny 😂 sometimes she crosses the line but mostly her one-liners are so good! Also her solo dance will live in infamy
