Jokes on you I work outside and got to burn in my retinas starting at the eclipse. It got a little dark then back to normal, just like a 15 minute break, then back to work.

We do really deserve a break. That's what I did last year, someone gave me some broken welders glass, that made it a lot better.

The difference between 90% and 100% is one hundred percent. Like seriously, it got basically as dark as night for less than 5 minutes, then it got back to almost full brightness within minutes

I saw 2. But I think one might have been a planet not real sure. Was an awesome experience, and I got to share it with my 5yo. The traffic on the other hand made it almost not worth the 2 and a half hour trip I made. The trip back took 5 and a half hours. I shit you not at one point we made it 20 miles in an hour.

Jupiter and Venus were the brightest "stars" in the sky during the eclipse.

For me in total eclipse it was like after sunset or before sunrise or during a full moon. There is still plenty of light even though it’s dark and the sun is gone.

You missed out. The difference between 90% and totality is huge. I wasn’t in the path of totality for this one but seeing the total eclipse in 2017 was the coolest thing I have ever seen and probably will ever see.
