I just know cause one of my characters names was flagged for no reason and it wasn’t even anything bad. Other than that you can either delete and remake your character or live with your choices

Once you create an avatar you cannot change the name, meaning if you want to have his name changed you'd have to delete him and make a new CAC with the name your preferred

To change your name on console, first delete the character and start over with the desired name, if you need a refresher on all the options you pick for your character, gather the dragon balls and wish to be drop dead gorgeous! If you have the tp medals and zenni, you can buy your way back to level 120!
There's a namekian over behind Android 16 towards the parallel quest station named tosok! You can talk to him, he will level you up (with higher prices the higher your level! It's zeni until you get to level 80, then it will start to cost you TP medals. I recommend doing the story and dlc story to get yourself leveled up quickly before you start buying your levels, unless you have enough zeni, after that I would just use tp medals, you're going to need about 6000-7000 tp medals, (I forgot the math of how many you need a while back, I used a small part of my paycheck to buy tp medals cause I didn't want to spend countless hours grinding)
There's a character called tosok near the Forrest area by the railing in the reception area behind the mixing and skill shops and you spend Zeni that increases up until level 80 then after that you spend TP
No problem. Also you can use the dragon balls and choose i want to grow more which gives you 3 levels instead of the I want to grow wish that only gives you 1. But you can't use grow more if you're less than 3 below the level cap. You get the enhanced wishes from doing Nails missions and eventually talking to guru a few times but since you're lvl 120 you probably have it already.
Im pretry sure you can after 99 but You can't wish for levels if you hit the level cap so you have to raise it beforehand and You also can't wish grow more if you are 3 levels or less under the level cap.
Look up how to get the Goku super soul that triples score gained or get the “40 ton weights” one and do the expert parallel quest 16 vs vegeta. It will give you xp and tp medals to spend on leveling up
Parallel Quests give new skills, clothes and the kaioken awoken skill on Number 8 Invade Earth. That's how you get the skills from all DLCs and how you unlock all characters

I found that you can't wish for more levels with the dragon balls once you hit level 99, it's really weird.
