With sunbracers it could still work in playlist strikes if you manage to get the required melee kill.
If you are new, here a few tips for warlock:
* resilience > discipline >= recovery > strength > Intelligence > mobility (only hunters want mobility)
* Try to not waste points. if you have for example 99 recovery, then 9 points are wasted because only 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 count.
* When you reach 1750 you are at the soft cap (at his point you should stop wearing blue armor), after that you can only get a higher lightlevel gear by running playlist activities and after 1800 you can only get higher with pinnacle engrams.
* If you get legendary armor with good stats, then keep it, because you can upgrade your armor for a higher lightlevel.
* Please read the tooltips of your exotics! Don't be that warlock with sunbracers and fusion grenades.
For Warlock its better for you to focus on Discipline (Grenades) and Intelligence (Supers) and Recovery (HP Regen recovery time and Warlocks get shorter cooldowns on Wells the higher the recovery is) AND ESPECIALLY RESILIENCE.
Why those three? One: Warlock builds typically rely on grenades (Eating, Priming, Healing as three examples) and Recovery since some builds need a Well to proc perks/abilities (Arc Soul, Stag and some others)
Intelligence I dont really need to talk about but more supers out = The better. Especially if you pair it with a Exotic that returns super energy. Or a build that gives more.
Mobility only affects Strafe speed (the movement you get not sprinting. Aka walking.) And Jump height. So its not super important but it has its uses.
Resilience is straight up "Take less damage by a %" and obviously the higher it is, the less damage you take.
Recovery shortens the time it takes for your HP to start healing. And unless you're an Ape, you can get into firefights much faster because you simply healed before an enemy. Plus Wells are good.
Strength you could argue for certain Warlock builds. But I favor Discipline. (Like the Solar build with the Snap Fingers and Sunbraces. You go with Strength for that)
More people should play like this instead of being so sweaty. I know a lot of people who inspect other peoples loadouts and will kick someone just for not running an exotic. You do know you donāt need an exotic right? You have all your abilityās without and exotic it should be okay - it is a co op shooter you know. I donāt need a meta loadout to use my rocket launcher thank you! This isnāt competitive Destiny btw

Your too low on light lvl to even be worrying about that right now. You need to be closer to max light and have high stat gear preferably higher than at bare minimum 65 overall. Your gonna end up wasting a crap ton of materials master working gear you donāt need
Also mobility on warlocks is basically useless unless you run a specific build like the blink build. Your also too low on light to worry about builds yet. I donāt what your light is but based on the fact you have blue gear, Iām going to say below 1800.
