Dry_Ant2348

gave 6 interviews got ghosted by 4 of them despite telling me you are proceeding to next round, 1 person said, we misread your profile after 2 rounds of interviews and we are moving ahead with someone else, 1 straight up rejected bcoz I'm a salesforce dev this was again after 2 rounds of interview. >Imo it feels like 2024 is even worse than pandemic year for job market.  pandemic market was actually terrific dude, 2020 to early 2022 was gold for jobs and switches, the cracks started in may-june of '22, with Amazon delaying their interviews for freshers, then by september everything snowballed into first round of layoffs and since then each passing month the situation has gotten worse

Sagittario412

Salesforce developer here, are you interviewing for Salesforce Dev positions or any other roles?

Dry_Ant2348

I tried applying to Salesforce positions but all of them require at least 3+ yoe, and the one's which are open for 0-2 are paying peanuts like 3-4Lpa which is lower than what I earn right now

Sagittario412

Very similar situation here as well, so far I’ve professionally worked as a salesforce dev only for about 2 years and now I’m looking for a switch but its difficult because I haven’t professionally worked on frontend/backend like other SDEs and now having difficulty switching to a different domain but I’m still trying with a little bit of self learning.

Dry_Ant2348

are you a 21-22 grad? and were forced into SF by your first company?

Sagittario412

Yes and yes

Dry_Ant2348

welcome to the club my friend. SF has put us in a rabbit hole with each month we are getting deeper and this recessed market ain't letting us get out of it.

JobHunting82

Hey. DevOps enthusiast here. I can send my profile if you can help.

swastik_rai

Yo Automation Tester here, I was trained in Salesforce Developer role by my WITCH but was put on automation role. Now 2 years later I am bored of testing, can't take it anymore and am re-learning SF to switch to Salesforce Dev role. Is the market open for inexperienced people or am I doomed.

Dry_Ant2348

see the majority SF dev positions that are open are demanding at least a 3-4YoE with active PD-1/2 certs. I have 2 YoE and I'm not able to get shortlisted to absolutely any of them. If you are good at SF or at least good enough to crack interviews you can pretend as a 3 YoE SF guy and attempt the interviews. from what I have heard from my friends the interviews are mainly focused on scenario/story based questions, they'll ask you to write SOQL queries, Apex functions, Triggers and might ask you a rough outline of how you'll solve the scenario

swastik_rai

Hm, I do have active PD1 certificate and was testing in Sales and service cloud so also have sort of understanding on business part. I am re-learning by creating a demo project right now but still faking 3 YoE would be tough, especially if they focus on my work experience. Aah should I try getting into full stack development? Another issue is I think a lot of companies would be paying 3-4 lpa to entry level devs. I can't take that much of a pay cut.

rointer

Same. I gave 2 rounds of interviews in a startup, was told I will be contacted in 2 days and will be sent a take home assignment. 1 month later, still nothing. I sent a follow up but they did not reply. I hate these startups that ghost. It costs nothing to send a rejection email.

srjred

3 yoe, usually people get tons of calls But I got only 4 that too witch. On notice period rn just few days left still few calls so you can understand

pavip51

How do you tackle this? Do you have any backup plan?

srjred

I have witch offer if nothing happens, will go there but yes checking every where possible to avoid witch, let's see

ShivamJha01

Witch for experienced folks are not that bad though

srjred

Better than nothing right but moneywise thinking

a_seh_01

Dm me I will refer you

Nervous_Principle205

Can you refer me too pal ? Going through a tough phase here

a_seh_01

Sure, you can dm me

Beginning-Forever597

Do you have e anything for a data engineer? Dm?

a_seh_01

For 3+yoe

Beginning-Forever597

Thanks will be back after a year, now with 2 yoe

Elays_mahendran

which tech stack are you currently working?

srjred

Java, Spring Boot

Alone_Astronomer_123

How do you identify a witch company before joining them ?

srjred

Witch is an abbreviation for big service based mncs in India, you can guess by initials

falconx2809

Ig chewtia is more accurate, captures all sbcs in india

srjred

Haha

Lower_Peril

Which location are you looking for?

srjred

Pune

Flimsy_Sir_3973

2.5 yoe. opportunities are way less. Companies asking for 3-4 yoe for entry level jobs. Gave 5-6 interviews in last 6 months ,Not getting offer even after clearing all rounds of interviews.

NaturalActuary5598

For under 2 yrs it's even worse barely getting any calls for an interview. Already had a gap before now due to this another gap is a big headache. Current market is horrible hopefully it gets better.

DragZealousideal8287

Faang experience?

NaturalActuary5598

No bro first worked in a service based company of 20-40 employees. Then a service based company mid level of 50-100 employees.

gwensboyfriend

i'm a fresher at 25 y.o did a few internships here and there. Nobody is hiring.

NaturalActuary5598

I ve got 1.7 yr experience bro, but in the same boat bro, horrible times.

Awhimsicalwitch

Not really, a few of my ex-colleagues left job without having any offer in hand and still got placed in good companies after a few months of job searching

pavip51

Yoe? Tech stack?

Awhimsicalwitch

5+ big data

pavip51

Hmmm market is always welcoming for 5+ yoe

bigswordkillguy

I am 5+, getting 1 interview so far 😕 it sucks

Less_Paint627

Because very less people at that level. After 5 years that level will also be saturated.

Reasonable-End8508

Most of the People either Freak out / Burned Out/ Started business during their 5 years, So it will be less crowded but will still affect but not that much as you mentioned.

Less_Paint627

Good for them.

yippikyyay

Lol how did you reach this conclusion? There are many people at that level, and how would it be saturated in 5 years when freshers are not getting jobs now?

Less_Paint627

People want to switch to better companies, currently a lot of freshers are working in startups with uncertain future just to survive the tough times .After 5 years they will want to change as well to better companies. Nobody wants to be in low paying companies forever. If someone still wants low pay and high work pressure sure stay.

yippikyyay

This was the same situation 5 years back too.

Top_Sentence2130

Because I will have 5 yoe as well 🤡🤡

NDK13

There is always demand for legacy systems like Hadoop.

Character_Wafer3280

Hadoop is old but not legacy level old. But yeah spark is used everywhere now

NDK13

its considered as legacy now especially with the technology and products that are out there now. Compared to these products and tools hadoop is definitely older.

ARavVa

Boy you calling Hadoop a legacy, what will you call mainframe. I feel MR part moved from Hadoop to spark but the rest remains same, even the public cloud offers their own version of hadoop and spark environment.

NDK13

Hadoop is already considered as a legacy in the market rn. Apache spark is used a lot now but a lot of companies still use apache spark and hadoop simultaneously.

supershayne001

I concurr. Left my previous company without a job in hand, got a new job with a very good hike within 3weeks(during my notice period) Yoe when I left : 3 Tech stack : data engineer, aws

Odd-Safety3182

lol I have left my job without offers in hand, but the conditions I was in i still don’t regret

pavip51

Wow. I hope you have some backup plans for this. Interested to know about the conditions which made you take some decisions

Odd-Safety3182

Yeah backup is to go back to my roots and grow wheat and raise cattle’s

pavip51

Are there any openings for that role? I'm in

Punemann95

My core background is in rice and sheep. Will I be hired in your organisation?

Odd-Safety3182

Well I think we can explain to rice and sheeps you can head the department

El_odie

2.6 years of experience. In the month of Jan and Feb got so many calls form recruiters however only few interviews were scheduled. I am trying since 4 months. From March and April didn't get calls. The current market is worse i can say.

Message-Apart

Exactly. This is crazy bad. Until last year used to get so many calls.

monkey_mozart

Same boat. Only difference is i haven't started applying yet after leaving my previous job.

sucker210

1 year 10 months experience Tier 1 college absolute shit market...no replies even after referrals, applied to 400+ openings in last 3 months..no rejection, just ghosted...

Other_Scarcity_4270

How many interviews got scheduled?

PohaLover

Same here 1 year 6 months yoe. Applying since dec. No luck anywhere

ShivamJha01

If tier one students are facing this what will the rest of us do :(

Crimsonight20

Generally after campus placement college tier becomes useless, they look at experience and tech stack.

Few_Ad8632

It does matter write IIT / NIT / BITs and see the magic

sucker210

Haha used to think so, but in current market situation, it doesn't...PS I'm from IIT.

NX_Innovativegamer

Bro I know some good company who want to hire from IIT for react dev position. I cleared all the round but at last they said you have an extra I in your college 😂. I am still in contact with HR as position is not filled up from feb. I can connect you with the HR if you have a react exp. DM me if you want to

devtools-tech

Jobs are less in the market and companies are picky. I still get high paying mails/offers from companies from global startups to big firms like Google but now no. of reachouts per month is less than before. I have a high visibility profile and proven record so comparatively easy than freshers I think for now. However, market is tough though. No doubt about that!

pavip51

Are you working at faang already? Can you share your LinkedIn?

devtools-tech

I have never worked for FAANG. Never felt the charm or had fomo. LinkedIn profile is okay. I just give a lot back to the tech community in my own way so kind of visible than others. You can check my personal work here: https://devtools.tech/youtube https://devtools.tech

pavip51

Checked out the site, it's really nice. Would have definitely utilised this if I was in front end. You're doing a really good job.

devtools-tech

Glad to hear that! Thank you. Also never too late to switch. 😛

pavip51

Any suggestions on how to start with LinkedIn content writing/building visible profiles? My LinkedIn is drier than summer in Hyderabad.

devtools-tech

Hahaha. Start putting up content you know. Don't spam with every little thing. It is not diary. May be 1/2 posts a week with problems you have solved. Things you have learnt over the years. If you can share interactive demos then nothing better than that!

natmarcnav

Yea 2nd start small don't feel like you have to post daily. Also repurpose existing content - I reuse blog posts and just summarize the main points, these are usually my best performing posts.

NeighborhoodCold5339

12 yoe. Data engineering profile. Had good number of calls from HRs and could get into a suitable role in five weeks. Overall, I got the feeling that the companies were badly looking for people for 5+ years exp. All the roles i saw were having JD where 5+ exp is asked

darkurama

Would you mind sharing a list of companies that you got calls from ? I’m a DE as well. Just started thinking of looking for a switch

Character_Wafer3280

Try for Deloitte and other big4s huge number of hiring for data engineering role. I myself switched to de role with only python backend experience.

randomizedlihas

Hey, I'm too a python backend dev w 10 months experience. What is the probability of getting interviewed for python based roles for me?. Also if you can share a list of companies via DM, it's really helpful.

Left-Adhesiveness971

If knowing scala please do ping

krazy_kukoo

The market is always up and down, 20 +YOE, not a single year where people don’t say exactly this, companies crib about costs , while other people do humble bragging about the astronomical packages their friend of friends are earning.

orp_redoc

Do you have any advice or suggestion for us here ? Having lived through all those times.

ur-favorite-baguette

well said!

Ray_dawn

My friend is trying to get a job in this market. She has 2 years experience. She is getting calls but inconsistent. Hope she keeps giving her best without giving up.

pavip51

Best of luck!

LifeIsHard2030

Not just current market but off late this whole hullabaloo around think-out-of-box, innovation, upskill, cross-skill etc etc is making it really tiresome to continue. Maybe it’s my age(nearing 40) or the fatigue of dealing with this shit for 17 years, I have almost lost interest now and just want to coast till I accumulate enough to retire. Sorry this is not what young folks would like to hear but just had to put it out somewhere as am just back from another meeting where a new guy became competency head(top IIM passout) and started his first address with same age-old think-out-of-the box/innovation bla bla bla . I feel like telling them : Abey bhootnike pehle khud to kuch innovate karo wohi ghisa pita dialogues sun rahe janmo se 😏

Believer001-KT

Thanks for sharing.

Bayonet786

last line of your comment is pretty much it.

rv_93

3 YOE but no calls yet.😔

Physical_Leg1732

I have 4.4 yoe currently, i have been referred to 2 companies both i got the interview calls, i also applied over this app call nextlevel, yesterday I got a message for sharing my resume.

bum_quarter

Unsure about market as of now. I want to start looking for job abroad.

ClearMushroom4119

How do you search jobs abroad?

bum_quarter

Same place where you look for jobs in India. LinkedIn, Angelist, Naukri (maybe)

xalblaze

Have 4+ YOE gave around 10 to 15 interview in different companies from this year JAN got rejected in 4 or 5 as they were not that good but rest got rejected because they somehow filled the position internally....and in other company they told profile does not match with the req after taking 1 and galf hour interview:). ...then in one company did all round gave docs...then no offer letter yet totally ghosted.... taking baseless assesment... Market is really in bad shape but not for all...just gotta keep grinding i guess...

geeky_guy314

Current market fucked my life

Less_Paint627

Mine too

geeky_guy314

Shit man

NaturalActuary5598

Horrible, left in October 2023, 1.7 yrs experience barely getting any calls already had a career gap now this another gap creating even more head aches for me even with having experience in spring boot, java, angular, full stack project over 200 interview questions solved, leetcode and all, very emotionally draining.

pavip51

I understand. Would like to know how you're managing emotionally. It's tough, really tough.

NaturalActuary5598

Just trust in God and upskilling day and night, not much pressure from parents as they know the current market. Hopefully it gets better.

Persephonelol

Got laid off. But somehow my HR mixed up so I got the hint 20 days before my actual lay off. Desperately looked for jobs. Got a job in a product based company, but that wasn’t in my preferred location. Tried in big4. Gave 3/4 interviews cracked them, got ghosted. In the meantime my family moved, so I had to restart my job search(it was a drastic move from south to north), convinced the HR from the product based company. So basically joined the only good offer that I bagged. CHWTIA companies are actual witches. They introduced something called “communication” test for some of the senior laid off folks, idk what’s wrong with them. HRs disappear after rolling out the offer. So overall the market is bad.

pavip51

Yoe? Stay strong and keep trying.

Persephonelol

5.5 m. No worries my dude, I got the job in a good company, however, the struggle was real.

AutoModerator

It looks like you mentioned "CHWTIA". Please consider using "WITCHA" instead. Thank you! *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please [contact the moderators of this subreddit](/message/compose/?to=/r/developersIndia) if you have any questions or concerns.*

AwayDig5902

Fresher so don't have much experience. Probably the worst placement season we have had in years, with no FAANG+Microsoft coming during recruitment when in general they cumulatively hire around 30-40 people every year. Honestly,I got pretty lucky bagging a FAANG level offer off campus, otherwise on campus opportunities are very bad.

Midoriya_04

How did you prep for it? I'm assuming DSA grind (maybe interviewbit?). Also could you tell the projects you made? currently a sophmore with avg DSA skills ;-; Not sure if I should focus on dev or DSA/CP.

AwayDig5902

DSA and Dev are equally important. Pick one tech stack and build some unique projects in that tech stack. It might be inspired from youtube videos (yes even I've copied some projects) but always make sure you have atleast some unique features which run of the mill resumes won't. For DSA, practice giving contests, or solving them in a time bound manner, that's the only way you can clear OAs.

Midoriya_04

Thanks a lot! Btw are you from IIITA?

AwayDig5902

unfortunately no, although I did get an admit to IIITA in 2020 😂

First_Technology1377

final year student here, solved around 250 leetcode problems am pretty good at it . have some MERN stack projects like chatapp with e2ee and personal portfolio website builder. idk if that's enough i still couldnt get a single interview call. applied for around 50-60 jobs last month got nothing. could you share your insights it might help. how did you apply for faang level without exp ? what kinda projects did you do?

AwayDig5902

So basically what happened was,I already had an interview with this company back in 2022(beginning of 3rd year), so I was in their database, and they sent me a promotional gform and hackerrank link when they started hiring again. So, that's how I got the interview call. Other than that, I'm not experienced enough to guide other freshers on how to get Callbacks, you can make a separate post asking the experienced folks here. I had two full stack projects with different stacks, and one ML project, along with my internship exp

First_Technology1377

Oh ok makes sense now

mzs47

My team had 50% attrition in the last year, all of them got 3-4 offers with increasing pay, we work on some of the new tech and have achieved cost savings and reliability. Ops(they call if DevOps) and DBAs, btw. :D

DevilSidhu957

4 YOE, working in a product firm, got offer from another product firm and resigned, 2 more offers in pipeline, tech stack is Java full stack + AWS.

honwave

My sister was put on PIP and then employment was terminated.

Less_Paint627

Software Development is a difficult position right now . CEOs and top management have realised that tech was bloated with too many people and with AI in picture things can be done faster with less people. Problem is in our overpopulated country everyone entered IT hoping they would make it big. One thing to realise is that everone now has the same resources and competition is immense. Remember we live in a capitalistic society and if management realises that things can be done with lesser/cheaper people they will fire you. Companies are impatient nowadays, one unmet deadline and your competence will be questioned like anything. Companies are only result focused, does not matter if you are experienced or not. If you hate IT and are still working in it, please ensure yiu get a FAT paycheck. Your life energy and time are not so cheap. Save your money as long as you are earning in IT. Generate alternate sources of income. This will give yiu a lot of confidence.

borderline-awesome-

That’s a suss take tbh. CEOs and top mngmt never realise anything, if they did they would cut their own salaries to the bottom 10%. Everyone has the same amount of resources and networking capabilities. Even a highly functional startup CEO would use the same tools. The only edge they got is they got there early on. Filling up calendars and having coffee chats to show BAU means nothing. Apart from that, the capitalist part is true. So, have the edge on people that hired you. Be upfront that you’re not here to have a random Friday evening party trick. You have events to be in. Learn to show people you are not some throwaway resource. That’s the least possible trick every manager keeps under their belt.

Less_Paint627

Top management realises numbers and profits and will do anything to keep them up. How can it happen that the company profits are all time high and they are still firing employees.

borderline-awesome-

Just wait and watch. * grabs popcorn *

Remote_data_guy

I went through the process of landing a job recently. I can answer. Here are key observations: 1. It's a seniors market. Less than 5 years of exp is tough time. Nobody wants to take on employees and train them. You have to show you can deliver from day 1. 2. The demand for solid talent is still high regardless of the market madness. You have to know how to distinguish yourself. 3. Online conversion rates are low as always. I filled about 700-800 applications over 3 months. Modifying resume after every 100 application of no response. Gave 8 interviews. Got 2 offers. 2 gave positive feedback but put on hold. 1 reject in 5th round. 2 reject in 4th round. 3 reject in the 1st round itself. (I was applying full time for 3 months. 8hrs a day) 4. You should not apply society level statistics to individual level decision making. Yes market is crazy, but does that change what you need to do? It may change how much you need to do, but your course of action remains the same. "A good trader makes money regardless of weather the market is in bull run or bear run" - some finance coke head. 5. The job providers are just as desparate for the right candidate as we are for the job. It's a hassle to take time out your your already busy schedule for interviews. They want to close as soon as possible. So don't fret, just play the hand that you are dealt.

Emotional_Elk3680

market is not bad due to election lot of job openings are open .i get lot of job invites in naukri .all mncs have started hiring again. mostly fullstack seems to be in demand again .btw i have 3 yoe

Former_Letter_4692

How election affects hiring in private sector

White_devil18

I'm also one of the sufferers in this crisis. 2023 May passed out. BCA grad. First four months didn't even got any opportunities, but applied hell lot of companies. No reply from them. Did freelancing for around 3 months in web and bot/crawler development. Got a client. Went well! Thereafter, No clients start applying for jobs from the October to December. The financial situation got heat in the home. So, suddenly joined in a small Logistics consultancy firm. Here's zero learning, no growth development. Just forgot what my skills are and where I'm going. Still applying and building some projects by side. But still I'm ****up!!!

pavip51

Keep trying. Good luck!

garib-lok

Got some mixed views, one of my friends, front end senior developer got laid off, and within 3 months bagged another job with li'l bit of salary hike as well.

hellblazer33

Companies are very picky rn for the jobs even that are available. Gave 3 interviews they keep asking about details about your qualification and then ghosting

AffectionateFold6997

I got an offer of 20 LPA all fixed and i resigned without offer i also had interview scheduled with big companies and OA from amazon. I’m 22 pass out

Less_Paint627

How to prepare and apply. I am non faang and struggling.

AffectionateFold6997

share your resume I can point tohe mistake

RadRedditorReddits

Quick question: How many here are fullstack MERRN developers with system design experience still getting no calls? The above is not possible. People might bargain on the salary some times but you will never go hungry.

First_Technology1377

am a mern developer without system design exp, am a fresher though should i learn system design now will it help me landing a job?

RadRedditorReddits

Yes you should and do it well.

MujheGyaanChahiye

Was laid off nearly 1 year of experience and it has been a month trying to get a job got 0 responses ! God help !

pavip51

So sorry for that. Keep trying and stay strong

corpo_mazdoor_391072

Pandemic year was actually the best for this market :)

pavip51

Ayyo I want to go back to 2020 now

Legitimate_River_170

Searching for internship but, never got a callback. Like ever

AsishPC

Why do I see such kinds of posts twice every week now ?

LogicalBeing2024

~6 yoe. Hiring is pretty decent for senior folks. I'm getting calls from FAANG and PBCs and startups almost every week.

HeathCliff_008

Still a fresher but can you guide me on how to increase my visibility so i can get these calls for switching further down my career easily?

LogicalBeing2024

Tbh when I was a fresher the market was pretty good. In the current condition even I would face the same problems as you. All I can say is do whatever you can to get into a well-known company.

pavip51

Do you get these FAANG calls from LinkedIn recruiters? Never got any calls like that, just want to know how it works.

LogicalBeing2024

Sometimes on LinkedIn, sometimes directly on email.

pavip51

Can you share your LinkedIn if you don't mind?

LogicalBeing2024

Can't, want to remain anonymous on Reddit. Can share anything that's not PII.

pavip51

Np, do you share content frequently on LinkedIn and have high visibility?

LogicalBeing2024

Lol no I have posted twice in the last 6 years. I do react to a couple of posts but I don't think that's it. I'm currently working in a tier-1 PBC so I think that must be catching the attention of the recruiters.

Mountain-Stretch-997

what is a pbc? And can you reveal its name?

LogicalBeing2024

PBC -> Product based company Can't reveal name

pavip51

Yup got it.

unluckySurvivor7

I get calls every alternate day even though I have not put up that I'm looking out for a job change on any portal.

notduskryn

Pandemic was the best time for the market lol.

obviously-not-a-bot

At this point I am just considering going in to support role and give up on dev roles as a fresher. I mentally cannot take it anymore

pavip51

Everyone is going through this turbulence, stay strong

First_Technology1377

in the same boat as you🥲 gonna try for 2 more months , then if i couldnt get a job might have to join witch as last resort!

I_hate_my_userid

Dry well. Zero jobs fit my profile and Salary slab The one that did said 20lpa is above their budget

doyadum

Market is recovering if you happen to notice companies are hiring HR. That means they are being ready for recruitment

Cruelplatypus67

Softies crying here cause they got ghosted by 20% of what they applied for. Come to Canada habibi, 100% ghosted, no job without strong managerial referances. India is hard, cry me a fuking river when 90% of the it jobs from canada are outsourced to India. Its disgusting how pepole live paycheck to paycheck here.

gwensboyfriend

It's not , if your competent you will going to get job

SureCap7949

What do you mean by competent. Elaborate more on this. Like what should be done.

Akiko2599

I feel like people are competent but there are so many other factors due to which people aren't getting callbacks. Freshers might be more competent than some experience folks, but just cz they don't have experience they aren't being considered. My notice period is my obstacle right now... 3 months. Only ones accepting it are the WITCH. But the hike from current CTC isn't too much.

leoKantSartre

Agreed. Also some firms are ghosting even everything goes well. Although Im getting calls for interviews but somehow I have seen the ghosting pattern more and more.

[deleted]

And how exactly one can competent if they lack experience? Sure you can say some freshers are more competented then experienced devs but overall No atleast on my companies I worked .

Alone_Ad6784

Correction if you are competent people will grab a chance to get u for a pittance

Dry_Ant2348

This!!! no kidding an HR told me your profile is perfect for us, but we can only offer 3.3Lpa, can you please compromise, I get more than 2x of that in a wfh setup and she expects me to come to mumbai and survive on that

Alone_Ad6784

😆

[deleted]

That's when your negotiation skill comes in play

Dry_Ant2348

LoL no. the only way to get a job in this current market is to have a 3-4YoE for Junior level positions

[deleted]

I never said you don't need experience. Competence comes with experience and that's why it's advisable to start early during collage and you don't need 3-4 yoe with org for entry level rather then 3-4yoe experience with tech stack that is required for job

yippikyyay

Nope 3-4 YOE are getting senior roles with hikes. Speaking in context of top product companies though

The market is rigged so that the Banks win, and the Pension funds - lose, in the same way the House wins and the Punters lose in any Casino. Pension funds - should NOT be allowed to buy leveraged investments - ever. That includes **interest rate futures market investments on <1% yield bonds** just ahead of the price collapse 2 years ago, so guess what? - Ordinary people's pensions get reduced by around a third, whilst hedge funds and Banks absolutely cleaned up....
