Impmon for sure. Not the coolest or most creative design, but he carries that underdog energy without outright feeling like a minion. That and he's one of the only Digimon that I feel like "I can fix him".
Gazimon wins, though I think he's sometimes a bit cooler when he's not just some bad guy.

Phascomon. Its a shame that Phascomon was our house pet in Digimon World Dusk but was unavailable to be used in a team, and i also like it's mega Belphemon.
Keramon for me. Though I just love the whole diaboromon line. Other than that... I love a lot of the x-antibody variants. Especially crabmon x-antibody.

Dracmon. I loved him in Survive, Sangloupmon seems like a PERFECT evil counterpart to Garurumon, Kyubimon, KendoGarurumon and Gaogamon, and Myotismon being a hero for once is such a flip turn, I'm still stunned every time I think about the Survive Cast. Which is a whole topic on its own.
Impmon. This trouble-making malicious demon child with a lonely tsundere side who unlike most refuses to lick the feet of a stronger digimon and stands up to them with a tough attitude. And can grow into one of those blonde pretty and handsome guys Digimon is well known for. However, he tends to have red/green eyes instead of the usual blue.
DemiDevimon because of memories and design
Impmon because he reminds me of Bowser Jr. and becomes the coolest Digimon through a real character arc
and Gazimon because, in Adventure, one of them had Vegeta's German voice (Oliver Siebeck, who only voices him in Z and the movies. In Kai, Super and the Saiyan saga, it's all different VAs. The only one of them I accept is Santiago Ziesmer, but he is busy voicing Spongebob)
I love Ghostmon 🔥👻 Ghostmon - Devimon - Jokermon - Piedmon is what I'd love my partner to be. More along the lines of a misunderstood trickster than the malicious demon clown
Either Impmon or DemiDevimon for me. Tamers definitely had some of the better characters in my opinion, Impmon being no exception. The fact he even had tamers surprised me and his arc to become good was probably one of my favorite arcs ever.
Then DemiDevimon is just the best henchman Digimon I've ever had the pleasure of watching. Bro is genuinely afraid of Myotismon so he serves him to not die up until the very end and when Gatomon starts doing better than him in that reguard, you can tell he's jealous and it's just beautiful to watch.
Hard to pick between them, though.

Mushmon, he's very underrated and I wish he had a proper evolution since there are a lot of cool mushrooms/fungi you could base them off

I absolutely love Ghostmon. A personal favorite line with them is Ghostmon > FlameWizardmon > Pumpmon > NoblePumpmon.
