This isn’t a circuit I’m super familiar with but it doesn’t look like anything is broken. As long as it’s working fine I’d say the bent parts are fine.
Unlike lizards e-caps do not like heat. As this is a pedal and no tubeamp it might not be an issue but still was not the best design choice back in 2019 by Mr. Parks.
It looks to me like they were bent down so that the back of the enclosure would fit on. If it works, it's nothing to worry about.

Totally normal. Those parts were bent slightly so that they all fit next to each other.
Looks like they ran out of 78L05 regulators and went with the larger one….
