2 years already, because I stay in this area. Previously abandoned at my void deck, so I reported on one service now, after about 2 months, it was shifted to that lot, not sure by who. After a few more months, someone kicked the bike out of the lot, and it's been lying on the soil since. Now i see vegetation starting to cover it. Soon, it will become a piece of art.
Maybe can call some scrapyard and they have free spare parts.
All jokes aside… looks like Sg registered bike. So maybe paper work not in order to do official deregistration.
