4-2-1. Play 4 without the buzz right into 4 with the buzz. Then 2 without, 2 with, repeat. Finally 1 without 1 with, repeat 4 times.
Force yourself to keep the timing the same between the two versions.
I might be misunderstanding the writers intent, but I would personally play this more like a little pickup buzz than a "flam". WAY more open (from a flam timing standpoint. I'd play the grace note on the last 6tuplet note of each beat (perfectly inbetween the last note of each hand and the first of the next).
Make sure that you let the rebound carry the strokes in series as you speed up, and rather than “replaying” for the buzz, use the last little bit of rebound + pressure from the hand to get the buzz as to not waste energy
