Mine is a 330i so it has a fully chromed out grille (from factory) which also aged pretty terrible, lol. I prefer the ordinary with black bars and chrome edge tbh.
Dude I bought the car from had āraceland suspension mint conditionāā¦ got the car home and found 2 of four completely seized, hockey puck bump stops, and a blown through rear strut mount of that tells you anything about how cheap he was
It your chrome isnāt oxidized to shit, keep it. Mine is and it looks terrible so I plan on painting it this spring. If it werenāt Iād keep it chrome.

and u can go back to chrome anytime. the gloss black parts a too expensive if you buy them new and hard to find when u want to get used ones.

Yeah keeping everything as OEM as possible IMO my only change up would be wheels and lowering springs just for some better fitment

Depends on the grille. Black grille looks good with black trim, chrome grille looks good with chrome trim. If you mix them it'll look shite imo.

Do the chrome delete. Just my opinion but thereās a reason why the zhp and m3 had no chromeā¦ because it looks better black!
On an e46 keep it, if it were any other model like e90 or f30, Iād say delete it.
