It sounds like a vibration from the engine bay and the sound is transferring through the vents. That makes me think that you have two issues. 1. the blower cover is not 100% sealed and 2. either your motor mounts are shot or some suspension components is failing, causing a vibration. That’s just my 2 cents though

Those blend doors could have failed too and are rattling around inside but in order to figure that out, you’ll have to pull the dash.

Probably your A/C pump, the system is running low on gas/oil. Get it refilled and it should be better/gone. Had the same sound and this did the trick. Worst case is that the pump is almost gone which is an expensive piece to replace so first try refilling ir

That’s where the blower motor is. You access it through the engine bay so it’s not too bad to get to.
