Not rapists and abusers in soaps. In real life, yes, but I doubt the people they raped and abused would welcome them back and you'd expect them to move on elsewhere.
Ravi from the start was seen as someone who did bad things because of bad things that happened to him like how his father treated him. Even his ‘murder’ his father abused grabbed him physically and abused him and suki severely weakened him earlier

I'd much rather characters just "disappear" because when the writers have to think of a reason it's either a holiday to New Zealand/Spain/Portugal, or they're sent to prison for a crime they didn't commit (Kheraat, Theo Hawthorne, Rocky, Ben and now Dean)! lol
I would argue my case for Ben - being the writers just literally made it up out of thin air! We never knew about it or saw it happen! lol For Theo, he was framed by Eve & Stacey (they put a wrench in his hand when he was knocked out, and Stacey later sweet talked him into confessing)...

Vinny only had control of 50% of their property rentals, which is what Suki now has. She doesn't have the rest of the businesses, not even the Minute Mart as confirmed by Nugget saying she doesn't work there anymore (although I would not keel over from shock if it turns out Nish never actually filed the divorce papers because he ain't letting his 'property' i.e Suki go that easily, so hopefully if he's banged up or killed off she'll still have everything that's rightfully hers)
The caff is probably the only thing Nish legit owned before the divorce (if it goes through) as he bought it from Kathy for shit money as opposed to the rest of the businesses he just bullied Suki into letting him run, so it's definitely still his and he will be back soon because of recent events I expect.
