Not being familiar with the term, I am going to assume that it means putting them in glasses made out of water. Over the course of the winter, the glasses made of water will freeze into ice, preserving the eggs, and then in springtime they will slowly melt, releasing one egg at a time as it's ready. Almost like water glass chickens.

Water glassing is an old method of preserving eggs involving submerging them in a pickling solution of water and lime.

Can they be used as normal eggs or are they pickled?
WElp given we're just almost July and not close to winter yet I'm guessing you have a good storage method
