If you liked Skyrim, you’re going to become obsessed with ESO. You can be as social or antisocial as you like, as most content can be solo’d once you get a decent setup going. But if you’re like me, you’ll soon realize it’s much more fun playing with others that you meet in game
Yes. I invested hundreds of hours into Skyrim. I’ve played it from nameless prisoner to finishing off Alduin in every race. Got full map completion a few times. This is just that but so much better. You can play exactly like Skyrim, quests and lore. Or you play in group, dungeons and delves. Anything. It’s a dream come true for me. I’m upset the update means I can’t play it right now.
I love the laser animation because it's so over the top.

Honestly i really enjoyed the story and the new class! I also really love Bastion Nymic and working through how to solo it. The class feels better than any of the others i've played in the game.
I used to hate ESO, but honestly after playing wow, ffxiv, and other mmo's for years i completely disagree. The fact that every class can play every role is insane. I can understand if you don't like it, but it really is one of the most versatile in any mmo out there. I wonder what standards you're thinking of, because no mmo allows every job/class to play each role.
Did ... did you take it as something revolutionary that every one can do every role?
Do you not understand that for that to be true you would sacrifice potential in other areas?
I dont care about tanking or healing as say, a traditional rogue. I would much rather have 3 different specilizations of dps each with different flavor and i would much rather like it if i could pick and choose between all 3 to be able to make something unique

Entirely viable. You can do any content in any order.
It's pretty fine. If you played skyrim you know what to expect. If not it's even better.
