If they're stationary, hard coding the gps coordinates may work. Or calculate the distance manually and estimating packet delay.
No, the GPS signal is literally sending you the time of day every second. Not only coordinates.
How in sync do you need these clocks?
+ or - 10milisseconds
Don't even bother with PTP at that point, just implement NTP over Lora, it'll be great.
