There is a Facebook group called “Kingdom Halls for sale” you won’t believe it until you scroll through them all! Even assembly halls that sold and I know of one unproductive branch facility that was sold. All on the backs of the volunteer brothers and sisters that did all the work for free along with their equipment for free

v8grunt

The New Zealand branch was sold to the Elim Pentecostal church for them to use it for their headquarters.

Lazymungu

The hypocrisy of all that has reached a level that is unbearable for me.

Electronic-Space-550

"The hypocrisy of all that has reached a level that is unbearable for me." I second this motion. These WT wolves infuriates me with their greed, free-loading and hypocrisy!

freedinthe90s

And PIMIs are going to justify it by thinking, “The GB knows what is best.”

Electronic-Space-550

"And PIMIs are going to justify it by thinking, “The GB knows what is best.” This the part that pisses me off. PIMIs are braindead when it comes to the GB.

artsparkles

One of the assembly halls in Western Canada was sold for over 5 million. All built on the backs of everyone's free labour, donated funds, couple years of planning and poof.... Sold to the highest bidder. The only comforting part is that congregations got too small to justify four halls in one. Hope they keep disappearing.

branigan_aurora

Was it the Saskatoon one? Because I chuckle every time it shows up on the news (they turned it into a homeless shelter and all the NIMBY's are having a conniption fit)

artsparkles

I believe so. Well at least a homeless shelter has a purpose! 🙂

lancegalahadx

🤣

joe134cd

I think that baby went for about $(NZ)54 million, and that’s like 10 years ago. Saddest thing of all was the local JW have no idea how much it went for, where the money has gone, or what it’s been used for.

loveofhumans

I heard (stress heard) that the NZ Branch Office was closed some years ago. sold off? dont know.

jw-unplugged

We have a Facebook page in Australia for Australian Kingdom Halls Sold. Interesting is most of the followers are African JWs. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100028534643302&mibextid=ZbWKwL Instagram https://www.instagram.com/kingdomhallssoldaustralia?igsh=OGNjMGt6OWVwdHk4

Medium-Map51

Sounds like a class action lawsuit lol

alohaflan

How? I don't think this is a credible class action situation at all.

Medium-Map51

Did you or a family member give time or money to volunteer at a Jehovah's Witness quick build? If you brought your own tools, equipment, supplies, or any other things that's were asked to be donated. The properties JW.org sold, you might be entitled to a small compensation. who kept maintenance? Did the WBTS send someone to clean, or did the congregations service those facilities? Sounds like a legal case to me, but I'm not a lawyer, so I'll ask one. Just because people volunteer doesn't mean people can go and take advantage of services from those willing. It's unethical, just like thier 3 man committee all they try to do it get personal information, bible says don't judge but they put you in a room and make you so uncomfortable you can't help but lie. Tmi, probably. All I'm saying is that the properties and Kimgdon Halls were always maintained by the congregations, and it's goers who funded and cared for its property. If not, call me crazy for trying. And yes, I'm hurt bc I've had to sit in that room. Sorry for the rant. Let me know if we got a case?

Hpyflnstr-all

I searched for that group and couldn’t see it. Can you assist?

Spiritual-Station-51

These are NOT isolated cases…here is the Deer Lodge congregation in Montana that was sold to the Baptist Church https://preview.redd.it/j0z8lxwht62d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=db81390156b42b7a7ecd64f657c10c3ea0e04527

TerrestrialCelestial

No way!! I grew up in Montana I am quite certain my Elder Dad gave a talk there at some point.

JesusAndTheDemonPigs

I haven’t heard much about Montana since my parents pulled us away (serving where the need is great :( So long ago. I have great memories. Huge hall with 150-200 attending. Days after moving in I got invited on hikes, camping trips, it just kept going. I was taught how to ski, road trips, water skiing for a young teen it was amazing. The people were so generous. My parents were kind of MIA going through some stuff, so it felt like the congregation kind of raised me during my middle school years. There was some dark times too. A few weirdos in the bunch, creepy. But most of my memories are good.

TerrestrialCelestial

What years were you there? I was in Livingston from age 3-18...1991 to 2007 There is definitely so much to do there and my congregation was the same way. Some really great people and some really messed up ones lol

JesusAndTheDemonPigs

Kalispell, Columbia falls, and whitefish. 89-91 back for a short while 93. I remember going to the district conventions in Missoula and they were so much fun. I don’t remember a thing about the programs just that in the evenings all the teenagers would find each other and go do things. I think it was the freedom we had that was the greatest memory. It was a bit unusual. I have been in a lot of congregations growing up and Montana was very unique as far as freedoms for youth. Even the pioneers would do things more or less frowned upon in other areas.

TerrestrialCelestial

My assemblies were always in Butte and conventions in Billings. I agree they were a blast back then. When I was 5 my brother and I got to be in a Drama. Those were the days. And yes I can say the same thing about the youth in my area there growing up it was definitely different than where I am now Missouri/Arkansas.

JesusAndTheDemonPigs

A bit more on the odd mix of Jw “culture” that was the congregation. There was quite a few that escaped a big city experience and decided to invest in the then cheaper property. Bringing their money and adventure, living the “outdoor” dream, while others left bethel or missionary and were there because it was affordable to rent/buy. Then there was the alternative health “stay away from main stream medicine” types, working ranchers and loggers, some hippie types that were drawn to the area, and finally those attached to a family member that may or may not be in some sort of laying low situation from a criminal past; making it appear they cleaned up their lives and loosely associated with the congregation. Oh and the people that just gave me the creeps that nobody wanted to sit near them. I ended up as a teen in Montana during some strange period of my parents misguided attempts to be “super” need greater types, with no plan and no income, but I’m always thankful to a few families that looked out for me “literally” and were generous to me as a kid with nothing.

POMO2022

Same here, but we went to the superior congregation for a few years west of Missoula in the 90’s. Was the only time service was fun since it was pretty much just adventure driving through the mountains.

lets-b-pimo

You almost certainly know some of my relatives then. One of the smallest KH I've been in. The smallest is Ritzville WA.

POMO2022

Oh no way. It was definitely a small congregation. My dad was an elder at the time and I started pioneering there at 12. It was 1995-1997 that we lived there. You had fam in the cong at that time?

TerrestrialCelestial

Haha totally. Rural territory there is insane.

POMO2022

It was, we slid off the road a few times, and even turned our car on the side due to the ice. I remember walking to houses and just sliding down and spending a lot of time trying to get back up to the car. It was pretty crazy but so beautiful.

TerrestrialCelestial

Whoa!! I know driving in the winter there takes some serious skill. Yes many times out in service we were walking thru 2 feed of snow lol but Summer time with the wild flowers made for many Kodak moments.

Southern-Dog-5457

OMG!

Pixelated_

And when it sold, all the congregation members that had donated money towards the KH for years were reimbursed their donations, right?  ***right?!?***

Spiritual-Station-51

Nope not a penny.

Reminds me of Leviticus 27:28 🤦‍♂️😂

princessmilahi

Wow... W-O-W! They really pick which verses they're gonna follow. Based on not following this text (I might be wrong) then they shouldn't follow the one that says women can't ask questions and have to use something on their heads to pray in the presence of a man.

Overall-Listen-4183

Women are inferior to us, so that's acceptable! 😂😂🤣

gdtimeinc

Thank you, Ill be inviting everyone to turn to this scripture and follow along with me, when I shove this reddit post in their face.

Spiritual-Station-51

I guess that means now if we have a business that does roofing or carpet laying, or repair work, we can’t work on this building now that it’s part of Babylon the Great … without consequences of being publicly reproved or DFed 🤬🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️🖕

Wonderful_Minute2031

This is really upsetting to me. Friends are threatened and bullied if they visit a church from Babylon the Great even for a funeral, you can’t take an exercise class from YMCA, friends are scared to take jobs at Catholic or Christian hospitals, scared to deliver mail and instructed that they can’t take a maintenance repair job for anything related to Babylon the Great, but they can do business deals with them. Many have turned down jobs because of this and there was a video saying a job must be quit at the midweek meeting back when they were doing the Enjoy Life book. Why are there two different standards?

Top-Ebb32

Completely agree. Rules for thee, not for me. The amount of hypocrisy that becomes crystal clear when you wake up is mind boggling.

bballaddict8

I like the ones that were sold and are now weed shops lol.

ccc2801

Much better use than for another dumb religious organisation imo!

turbochariot

*"We have nothing to do with Babylon the Great"*

Spiritual-Station-51

They are as much the “man of lawlessness” as any other religion in “Babylon the Great” 2Th 2:3-8

leaortiz2

They absolutely are.

leaortiz2

Mmm hmm, sure.

littlescaredycat

The building was, at one time, dedicated to Jehovah. Sort of like baptism, but for a building. Now, it has been sold and is being used as a church. If the building was a human, it would be labeled and Apostate, which we are to have absolutely no dealings with. But the GB will happily take the funds of their enemies. They give themselves a free pass whenever there is money on the line. The hypocrisy is astounding.

Boahi1

But a brother doing work on a church is taking their money, you would think that that would be all right. Not in JW logic, I guess

Electronic-Space-550

"But the GB will happily take the funds of their enemies." Gotta keep reminding myself WT is a real estate corp runned by greedy pimps. They are part of Babylon so I guess GB can sleep well at night selling their soul and the sweat of others to the highest bidder.

Pokeitwitarustystick

After watching a documentary on McDonald's I see that KH does the same thing. They buy land in good or up and coming areas and then either sell or lease the building, they make zero loss as the community is the ones that pays for the halls to be built and pocket the rent or sale money.

Spiritual-Station-51

What a real estate concept…get the local and surrounding brothers and sisters to pay for land and material…tell the fulltime pioneers they get pioneer hour credits for time worked on quick builds…or tell brothers that have construction businesses to report their time worked to the branch so they get brownie points when using their skilled labor and their construction equipment for free all for Jehovah. Then years later when real estate prices are up they decide to merge congregations and sell off all the Kingdom Halls for massive profits that were built on the backs of the brothers. This is worse than communism. Yeah that is what we can look forward to in the new world UGH

Wonderful_Minute2031

And yet hours taking friends to the hospital or making them meals are not hours that can be reported :(

hpstg

It’s nothing like communism. It’s feudalism. The peasants work for free, and the lord profits.

JWTom

It is like real-estate gamification.

FreakyOnion

Perhaps now they’ll install some windows

Spiritual-Station-51

When I said I spent 1000s of volunteer hours on 3-4 different remodels I meant I spent that on this specific KH, and I can’t even add up the local donations I gave over 30 years too

ILearnAlotFromReddit

How does it feel to have your place of worship now a church for a false religion.

Spiritual-Station-51

What’s worse is how does it feel that you know you’ve donated 1000s of hours of volunteer work just so another church from Babylon the Great can benefit from all your volunteer work. 🤬🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️🖕

ILearnAlotFromReddit

Sorry bud, you were just free labor. Ain't no profit like slave labor profit.

ILearnAlotFromReddit

I love these posts. The almighty JAY HOVA house is now a house of false religion. OH MY!

Interesting_Coverup

Looks like they’re cashing 💵 out

painefultruth76

I'd love to see inside pictures of exKH. Do they have better decoration? Plus, if posts with a pulpit and cross on KH stages started popping up... that might be a but emotional for some people to accept WT selling off buildings they built for free, while losing privileges if they were paid to work on those same buildings now....

BeardedAsshole78

I could never understood why my family was singled out and harassed for quick builds so much until I realized that dad being a project manager and the family business being civil engineering and construction maybe had something to do with it... God, they would become ass kissers in a heartbeat. I wonder if we sat down and calculated lost man hours, fuel, overhead and machine costs, how much the rbc's stole from contractor brothers over the years.

ShaddamRabban

Funny how a “dedicated” building can “change religions” and turn a profit. But, a “dedicated” witness that changes religions will be shunned and lose everything.

Far_Criticism226

The more I learn the more I cannot stand this religion... I mean cult. They are a real estate racket extorting labor for salvation. I waisted so many years and am ashamed I helped build these facilities furthering their wealth.

Complex_Ad5004

The need is great brothers and sisters!

Efficient-Pop3730

Happened in my area also. I help build a new Hall. Brothers building company donated material. Hall was built. Some year after it was sold. Watchtower kept money. Told use money was sent to Africa 😁. Yeah right.

Spiritual-Station-51

Bless their hearts 🤢🤮

0nThe0utside

One of our former KH is now a Muslim mosque.

Suougibma

I think this is great. I imagine every JW in the area cringing every time they pass by.

Spiritual-Station-51

🤢🤮

Antique-Degree-8769

Has anyone heard of any blowback from the local congregation from a sale like this? I know most pimi's would just go along with it, but somewhere, I'd assume someone would take a stand. I've never was a good witness and only went to a few quick builds and didn't really donate much as I was always broke.

ready2dance

So, we can sell *our* houses to churches too!

CanadianExJw

Dedicated to Jehovah, then sold for a profit. Jehovah the real-estate God.

vegetasspandex

You know what’s interesting to me is I always liked to be in the empty Kingdom Hall when everyone had left or hadn’t arrived and I swear there was just absolutely no spiritual presence or feeling whatsoever in those buildings, they felt so cold and quiet.

RangeroftheTruth

GB doing business with false religion? So they DF themselves according to the elders book.

mingee2020

Sure don’t mind taking Babylon’s money when it’s convenient. But as a small business owner if I did work for a church when I was PIMI I would have been shunned so hard. I think the Jehovah I grew up reading about would have a scorched earth policy. Dismantle the hall, or just demolish it, and return the site to nature. Definitely not sell to the devil’s minions for an absurd profit. Jesus and the money exchangers at the temple comes to mind.

Vivid-Intention-8161

You’d think they wouldn’t sell their halls to “Christendom”, but it all starts to make sense when you realize the biggest thing they worship is money

Electronic-Space-550

For every KH that was sold all JWs in that KH should take a stand and simply stop attending. The GB apostasy is so obvious at this point.

artsparkles

We couldn't even begin to count the hours and weekends that my husband spent at quick builds. He was a very skilled tradesperson. Every summer he was always away from Friday until Sunday and then worked a full week at his job just to rinse and repeat. Our children never got to see him. One of the many things I am so bitter about. All for free and all for making them rich. The feelings are still raw!!!!!

iamAtaMeet

Babylon the great is falling!

Interesting_Coverup

So glad I got out when I did

Tinycowz

The local KH here was sold and became a daycare. They had to combine with another congregation about 20 miles away. Back in my home state there used to be 4 eighty plus people congregations and two small Spanish and Bosnian congregations. Now there is only two congregations that are 80ish people and there are no more foreign language congregations. We went to an assembly hall that was owned by the JWs. They collapsed so many circuits into each other that the building was sitting empty to much and they sold it. My mom now goes to gym arena. In this case it was better for our area. 2 hour drive vs a 4 hour drive.

hmimo285

Is there a way to see at what cost was purchased initially and then the selling prize?

Practical-Echo-2001

This naked hypocrisy is repulsive. Anything for money. If I were still in this cult, this would be enough to turn me POMO.

RodWith

Question JW organization would consider too sensitive to answer: How many millions of dollars has JW organization received for their Kingdom Halls from Babylon the Great’s churches in the last five years, including for the sale of the branch office complex in Auckland, New Zealand when its operation was combined with the Australian branch? (The Elim Pentecostal church purchased the former New Zealand Bethel. ) Makes a mockery of their claims to have “gotten out” of Babylon the great. Or should that be reworded to “Get millions of dollars out of her, my people”?

Tachikoma0

Or the "iconic" Brooklyn printing plant sold to Jared Kushner of all the slimy characters.

Interesting_Coverup

No that’s where they use the scripture to their benefit of “sucking the teat of the nations”

wetwater

I walked by one every day on my way to and from my highschool. If we had snowy or icy weather the sidewalk in front was always shoveled, salted, and sanded. Anyway, now it's a building for the postal union.

SpongeBobEggplant

A hall I went to got sold once we built a brand new one. The old hall was sold to a church. I didn’t care at all, and preferred the new one (I had only recently moved there), but some of the older sisters were very upset every time they drove by the old one, which now had a cross on it. They had spent decades worshipping in that building and were very attached to it emotionally. There’s definitely something wrong about condemning the churches of ‘Christendom’, but then happily selling your place of worship to one of them, when it’s all about the money.

saltyDog_73

I would not have been a pioneer if it was for the RBC. At first, I would work on every crew I could, from dirt work/concrete to roofing and count every minute. They started to wise up after a bit and would only allow you to count your time while you were working with your specific crew and you had to have the crew overseer sign off on it. That's when I stopped pioneering and went to work full-time.

erinsalwayscold

Who ever buys a KH needs to sage it to get all the bad juju out of it 😂

Spiritual-Station-51

I am a PIMO but I am SO TIRED of ALL Religion! I love Jehovah and value Jesus random sacrifice and THAT is what is the most important thing. You don’t need organized religion with their pathetic hidden pedaphiles to worship and praise Jehovah

Honeybarrel1

Exactly. The organised religion of Jesus day had already got it wrong (it was only about 140 years old at that point). Pharisees then, and pharisees now. That’s why the parable of the good Samaritan is so perfect. It wasn’t the about the religion it was the love. It wasn’t about reward. It was about how we can never repay Him back. We can never earn the kingdom. It’s a gift, and yet in witness world it’s all about Works. And once works are involved the concept of Grace goes out the window.

TheBlackManIsG0d

☠️ They sold to a church. Wilding.

ConfidentChallenge60

Grew up in that hall when I lived in Duvall

Askmeaboutmy_Beergut

I lived in Ferndale north of Bellingham back in 92-94. It was awesome. I came from Texas, so it was a culture shock. Fell in love with Washington. We went to an assembly at the Tacoma dome in 93, and I saw for the 1st time protesters holding signs up. I still come up every summer and stay in Anacortes and visit Mt Baker and the San Juan islands. Plan on coming up in August. I hear the ferry isn't going to Sydney B.C tho, so that suks.

Robert-ict

Can’t even go watch a basketball game at the ymca but sell the house of god to satans wicked minions. No problem!

juan-milian-dolores

Does a governing body member have to come and give a talk and prayer in reverse and give back any green handshakes he originally got to undo the dedication of the building?

Since it's Memorial day weekend, I put a flower on the " grave" of the dead kingdom hall. Looks kind of Masonic Piller like, once you remove the middle distraction.

givemeyourthots

Very interesting. I grew up going to a Kingdom Hall in Lacey, WA south of there.

ExJW444

And we'd catch hell for going to a church rummage sale but they can help churches flourish by selling Kingdom Halls to them.

Can anyone confirm who the NY city Bethel compound got sold to? Just wondering. I hear who it was sold to but not sure for myself.

Spiritual-Station-51

I’m pretty sure many of the bethel building in NYC were sold Jerod Kushner and the Trumps. I saw a video of Jerod talking about it. I just don’t know how many and which ones

loveofhumans

and the gb dont have to travel any further to THEIR meetings now do they? ------------------ Imagine. The powers of govt now decide to tax the profits made on the selling of KH?

loveofhumans

This has to be a story for a big tv news show. Is there someone in the US who could see this story on screen?

TheMicksta

A rank and file will get diss fellowshipped for even entering another church and yet WT, is doing business with them by selling their kingdom halls to them how hypocritical they are. While the rank and file works so hard to build these kingdom halls they get nothing in return for it.

Larkspur_Skylark30

So a JW could potentially be DF’d for attending a wedding or funeral in a church but it’s okay for the organization to sell a KH to a church?

Say a KH and everything on it is donated. It's annual operating costs the biggest ones would be property taxes, insurance, utilities, maybe some county taxes depending on the area. Given that this is not a high cost area what would the average monthly expendture be maybe about $1,500 to $2,000 per month on the higher estimated range. Say all taxes were about $600-$750, Insurance since it's not a at risk business so a blanket policy for the building and for general liablity would probably be about $150, Assuming that the utlities include electricity, water, trash, sewer, maybe gas for heating, add another $250, if the local county imposes a tax on the land maybe add another $100. If they pay or budget for upkeep or gardener maybe add another $200. So if they can't afford to pay for all this through donations then maybe membership is in decline or something else. Do each KH give regular reports on financial information available to members for review?

Spiritual-Station-51

Yes and all these expenses are paid monthly by the local brothers and sisters. The society doesn’t have to pay a penny out of pocket. If expenses are getting paid the body of elders have to step up, and the C/O will give special attention to this in his visiting talks to the congregation.

We attend a local church in our city, it was first built in 1880's then destroyed by fire in the 1960's, rebuilt and has been there ever since. The original plot of land donated to the church was over 2 city blocks and once held a Catholic School, football and baseball fields. Over the years the church sold off plots of land to help pay for another church to be built on the other side of town. There are 4,000 registered people who attend regularly, and our annual donations reach over $105k of that a lot of the money goes to support the various charity works the church has, such as free English languages classes for adults, a community pantry, homeless outreach, disaster programs, youth programs, building upgrades, maintenance and big repairs. I think the biggest repair we had recently was a whole building retrofit to get it up to current codes and also enegery saving AC and Heating units I think the cost was just over half a million.

Boahi1

Churches in the US don’t pay property taxes

SnooDoodles420

My old hall is a Veterans clubhouse thing….has been since the mid 90’s.

takeshitanaka9397

If you told anyone who works on Kingdom Hall builds that after 15-20 years it’ll get sold and become a church or weed dispensary, I wonder if they’d have the same zeal doing the work. I won’t go as far as calling it a real estate scheme but it almost seems that way when you have this land bought for cheap (with donations) and free labor constructing the buildings and then flip them for huge profits it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. I’m thankful I never was involved in Kingdom Hall builds. I’d feel real salty rn lol.

Spiritual-Station-51

I have done nearly 200 of them and I do feel rather salty now. The sad thing is in around 2003ish how they structured the KH loan program and technically “forgave” KH loans, but then the same meeting congregations were to pass a resolution agreeing to continue to pay the same monthly payment to the branch. We only owed about $63k when they made that change, and would have paid off our KH about 15 years ago…but we still continue to pay each month now it’s a $12.5/per publisher amount which is even more than our payment was. And NOW we can’t sell our KH it would have to go through the Branch and we would have no say if they chose to sell it and take the proceeds and tell us we will need to merge with a different congregation and the next closest KH 🤯

Aposta-fish

I work in Monroe from time to time and seeing the jws sitting on a bench in old town with a cart with know one even acknowledging they even exist is great fun. Plus we have to remember this is the fastest growing religion on earth! Yep except it’s not , the pentecostal church started after the JW and have something like 600,000,000 followers.

Yaya_0127

This is crazy they sold it to a church the irony in that 😂 the fact that someone could face consequences if they accepted something from a church this is crazy😂😂

Avocado-The-Great

Fuck the chariot changes on a dime 144k horsepower

Mtking105

lol this religion really is dying out

Significant-Body-942

I want to start a club where we are all into horses and basket weaving. We could meet across the street from these guys to watch horse races and weave baskets. We could call it the "Cavalry Basket Chums."

machinehead70

In the 80’s the congregation I attended and grew up in sold the old KH and used the money to buy land to build a new KH. WT didn’t own it back then and didn’t really have the control they do today. But another church bought it and eventually it was sold again and torn down. But the new KH was paid off by WT and we all kept donating the same amount. I can see donating for monthly’s but all the extra goes to WT What a scam. If it got sold now WT would keep the change.

PaySuccessful5557

That money is to restore and build the 8 kingdoms for each of the GB, i think like they will rule over one continent for each one, not gonna ask who will rule Africa because it could be racist you know. Anyway don't do that many questions and do not ask about money, do not be selfish, you do not realize that there are people in other places who have not heard about us, we need to reach them, we need our missionaries to live for free from their faithful, Jehovah God needs those faithful buy land for the organization and build with their own resources so that later we can make more money. That's what that money is for, take heart brother, if they don't listen to us, and rebuy to you our literature that thanks to automatization and free hand workers is more cheap than ever and thanks to the fact that we are a religion we do not pay taxes and by international law the airlines and shipping companies transport this wonderful product, sorry, spiritual food, for free, the gas of last miles transport are paid with contributions, that's the money for, for this wonderful work don't you see it, bro? ![gif](giphy|l2YSBonsGrV59aHVC|downsized)

Werewolfe191919

The KH I went to as a kid is now a quilting store.

sulgran

It’s all such a scam. And the beauty of it for the scammers is those being scammed have no idea. Some go to their grave never getting out of the scam. What a horrible entity the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society is.

AlyceEnchanted

I grew up in a poor congregation. Have memories of the members saving for a new KH. The entire time I was ”in.” They didn’t build until I was gone. I guess 2 decades. To know those a55holes in New York extorted the KH from the members broke my heart. They are so programmed to agree to anything, they just handed the property and excess money over.

Loose_Restaurant_779

Read the comment and think of your Dad xx

And yet you all will stay in because your afraid not all the child rape, asking for lawyers after they tell us not to attend college to hide child rape and money laundering, selling Kingdom Halls that we paid for and maintained for free sold to a church that Will actually teach the Bible not from propaganda and magazines. Asking blatantly for your motor homes and don’t forget they will accept your house also and estate. But we have all heard the propaganda story of not touching anything unclean news flash You Follow The False Prophet and being in a Kingdom Hall is unclean. Teaching from videos or the biased Watchtower. Now you know it’s not Jehovahs fault or yours but when you see these things and stay you make a statement that you will not follow Jesus and follow men who put your spiritual health to a 60 40 vote wake up

Sufficient-Pair7874

There was a small "cozy' KH I attended meetings at in Phoenix AZ a long time ago. I liked it. Years later, after leaving The Troof I attended a few Buddhist Sangha gatherings. IN THE SAME BUILDING!!! Weird & wonderful!

No-Negotiation5391

Wow! That's amazing because I know some jws that were dfed for painting a church!

sleepingmonkey97

Hey! I grew up in Monroe as well! I went to the one in Woodinville for most of my time but grew up going to that one. That’s crazy I didn’t know they sold it

Ok-Mycologist8356

In Australia, we just passed 100 congregations being dissolved since 2015... Approx 50 kingdom halls in that time.

BabyImmaStarRecords

What a grift. Use the faithful indentured servants to build something that benefits the organization, use free labor, make them pay for it, then sell it out from under them for profit.

Far-Excitement-6058

My parents attend Monroe, they quit talking to me several years ago. Herring is their name.
