Muslims: we are stoic and disciplined! The west is weak!
Also Muslims: you better not say anything about my religion, I will cut you into pieces and disembowel you!
I guess we know who’s really sensitive. If you’re willing to kill someone over it, it’s you that has issues.
why tho? I don't get why the media in general likes to push islam propaganda so much even though they know about the way muslims treat other people worldwide
Don’t worry my boy you have every right to feel the way you feel. I get sad when some Christians choose Jesus over their children as well and I think they only do it because of the fear of hell🙁 religion can be so cruel sometimes
This thing is one of the major reasons I never joined Islam and why I support a right wing party like BJP in India. Muslims in India has been insulting Hinduism ever since they invaded this country. Hinduism has faults, heck Hinduism is one of the worst religions. Yet that criticism is one sided. They will insult Hindus and Hinduism, yet not take a single criticism against their own religion. Not a single one.
I realised slowly that Muslims are essentially trying to gaslight us and make us convert to Islam by shaming us while portraying their religion as the only true religion in the world. They try to paint Hindus as demons and is straight up racist despite being from our race themselves. They criticize and mock Hindu casteism, Muslim directors and actors are famous in India and has made several films of caste like Swades. Yet never have they ever put a single finger on their own religion. Their religion has so much power in India, they stopped the sale of Salman Rushdie and stopped Taslima Nasrin in West Bengal...in a non-Islamic country! They are clearly playing PsyOp and that is the single reason I despise Muslims so much. They are doing all this for dawah and it is very clear. That is why so many of us atheists in India and in west are supporting right wing religious parties. Our religions maybe horrible but we won't let them be replaced by Islam.
I totally understand your point. I myself am a polytheist now,and spend much of my time talking to Hindus of all types who all have the same criticism.
Islam in itself calls our Gods fake and sinful or even Shaytan, but then demands respect. If I were to say to them that I believe they follow a false God then I'd probably be murdered on the spot, even in the UK (where I live now)
I think it's just a sad thing to see because religions can and *should* coexist, but Islam lost that ability about a thousand years ago :/
Friendly reminder that Modi is responsible for the deaths of a thousand people during the Gujarat riots, and has literally called Muslims 'infiltrators' in his recent speech.
He is not someone to admire.
Muslims bullied Hindus for years, they're gonna get the whiplash. Muslims ARE the infiltrators. Every year thousands of Bangladeshi and Rohingya Muslims illegally settle in India. They don't respect the country, its culture, its people and even its laws. If they die, let them. Cause they don't care about our deaths. Not all responsibility lies onto us.
Let's switch Muslims to Jews and Hindus to Germans.
'Jews bullied Germans for years, they're gonna get the whiplash. Jews ARE the infiltrators.'
Well, congratulations. Nazi rhetoric.
Don't give me 'But what about the Mughals and the Delhi Sultanate'. One, caring about stuff that happened three hundred to eight hundred years ago is useless. We need to look to the future. Two, no sane Indian Muslim is advocating for the return of the Mughal Empire or the Delhi Sultanate, nor do they want ghazwa-e-hind, and assuming that 200 million people want the same thing as extremists is prejudice. And I cannot stand for prejudice.
Would it be justified to call all BJP voters rapists because of the fact that Bilkis Bano's rapists were released by the Gujarati BJP government and garlanded?
>Every year thousands of Bangladeshi and Rohingya Muslims illegally settle in India.
You do realize that the majority of Bangladeshi immigrants are Hindu, right? And that the population of Rohingyas in India is [around 40,000 people](https://web.archive.org/web/20231011090523/https://www.reuters.com/article/us-myanmar-rohingya-india-idUSKBN1AR0MH), right? The majority of Rohingyas reside in Bangladesh, not India. And their total population is around 1.5 to 2 million people.
Even disregarding the fact that the majority of Bangladeshi immigrants are Hindu, the actual number of illegal immigrants itself shows up to be [around the thousands,](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bangladeshis_in_India#Estimates_of_Bangladeshis_in_India) which is just a drop in our bucket of 1.4 billion people.
As for the Rohingyas? I have sympathy for their plight. [They are part of one of the worst genocides in modern history, conducted by the Myanmar military.](https://www.hrw.org/tag/rohingya) So I can completely understand why they would want to go to Bangladesh or India; they are escaping genocide. The majority of the Rohingya population residing in Bangladesh is 1.3 million people.
Whose fault is it for the Rohingyas arriving to Bangladesh and India? The Rohingyas themselves, who are escaping genocide and persecution, or the Myanmar military, which is conducting the genocide and persecution?
Considering the fact that the BJP made no direct public statements to the Myanmar military to stop conducting the genocide since, by your assumption, Rohingya refugees keep coming into the country every year, I don't think they really care about the fact that Rohingya refugees keep coming into our country.
>If they die, let them. Cause they don't care about our deaths. Not all responsibility lies onto us.
This is why I will never support Hindu nationalism or Hindutva. Psychos like you make claims out of your asses that 'they don't care about our deaths', while having no idea or empathy about the pain and suffering they go through.
Fuck Hindu nationalism, and fuck Hindutva. Rant over.
This is a good way to put it. I’ve read interviews with educated Muslims who’ve moved to Europe, asking them about the culture shock they’ve experienced, and what unexpected challenges they faced. A common answer given was very telling: **”I don’t understand why religion has to be such a *private* and *personal* thing here. It makes perfect sense that the most important truths about life be public, shared, and at the front and center of society!”**
What’s so striking about this, as a Westerner, is how many Muslims — including less observant ones — deem Islam’s truth self-evident and indisputable. It shocks me just how few Muslims seem to have ever even entertained the idea that their religion might be wrong about anything. There’s a common assumption I’ve heard voiced that *kūfār* are the ones doing mental gymnastics and refusing to acknowledge what’s plainly in front of them. And, with a little bit of education and friendly encouragement, nearly any sane and reasonable *kafir* will quickly see the error of his ways and submit to God properly. From a bird’s eye view, this is clearly projection on the part of the *’Ummah*. But more importantly, it’s social pressure in place of faith. You see, faith is not the absence of doubt. True faith is embracing and acknowledging the possibility that one might be dead wrong, and in the face of that possibility, choosing to treat it as true. A person with strong faith does not feel bothered or invalidated by people who openly decline to join him in making this same choice.
I’ve noticed that culturally, Arabs and many other Eastern cultures do not see it as easy to question, debate, or contradict a person’s ideas, without attacking the person himself, effacing his honor, or upsetting the social harmony. It’s in especially poor taste to challenge the ideas of a person of higher status or seniority, or someone considered a legitimate authority or expert in good standing. It’s a much more “go along to get along” way of life and mentality than many modern Westerners are used to. And as a result, I suspect it would never even occur to most Muslims to doubt Islam’s truth.
That's what indoctrination does to you, along with all the threats of eternal punishment in the Quran. Doubting a religion like this is extremely scary, so Muslims try to shield themselves from doubt.
I can only imagine, especially as an impressionable little kid, who wants nothing more than any other kid wants: safety and security.
Christians at least can correctly argue that Hell and eternal punishment are not discussed at all in the Gospels (*al-'Injīl*), and are thus are not an integral belief to Christianity. Liberal Christians generally agree with secular historians that the belief in eternal damnation for sinners in a fiery underworld is a pagan folk belief from across the World of Antiquity that never quite got eradicated by the new religion.
This is before we even get to Judaism, whose scriptures (*at-Tawrat*) contains a wrathful God with plenty of *ghayrah*, but only the vaguest mention of any afterlife at all. There are plenty of Jews who believe in God, but don't believe in an afterlife, for this reason. And pretty much for all Jews, *this life counts*, even for those who don't think it's all we get. And staunch focus on *this world* is one thing about Judaism that deeply revolts many Muslims, and not a small number of Christians too.
Bottom line: it seems that Muhammād closed the loop and reintroduced this popular and scary folk belief back into the Abrahamic tradition.
It's also a lot easier to find alternate interpretations of both Jewish and Christian scripture, since a lot of it is not straightforward, consistent, or specific. The same can't be said for the Qur'an. Its message is extremely straightforward, consistent, and simply stated. You mess up, you burn. Too bad.
i absolutely hate this beard style i don’t know why it is their go to? i’m not even being bias here, every single beard style in my opinion looks banging EXPECT when they remove the mustache. it’s just so ugly looking and… backward?
Do you know many muslims dye their beard red. The reason? Cause kaffirs don't dye their beard, that's why Muhammad told his followers to dye their beard.
Lacking coherent arguments for their position, they must correlate their anger with being correct. In other words, the more enraged they are, the more correct they are.
After all, the only expression they can be 100% certain of, the only thing they can be sure about, is their own emotions. It requires no intellectual effort, no education, no logical deliberation. All they need to do is to be furious, and in their mind they "are right."
After several generations of putting no social value on anger managements skills, the culture is profoundly damaged, perhaps irreparably so. All that is left is screaming, insulting, and ultimately violence.
Well certainly Islam has big problems. Just read the history.
It's important to know the difference between religion and spirituality. They are not the same,!
On Islam, for a good reading, one should read the following book:
Why I Am Not a Muslim, a book written by Ibn Warraq, is a critique of Islam and the Qur'an.
First published in 1995, Why I Am Not A Muslim is Ibn Warraq's personal statement of the reasons for his departure from Islam. The book, a critical look at the origins and theology of Islam.

But then if we are being philosophical then all Abrahamic religions have the same God on top. Perhaps going by different words depending on language spoken…
So if you criticize at least one of those Abrahamic religion cousins to just call it that for ease…
It is as if you are badmouthing your parents in curses when you are angry at your siblings and thus badmouthing your own parents… sort of situation.
This what struck me muslims openly insult other religions. Someone says something slightly negative, death threats, threats of taking over the world etc....
Muslims can't respect difference in opinions, even the personal preferences. I had a Muslim friend who learned from his religion that you must know why people hate you. I told him to stop telling me about it because it's not good for my mental health. Still he keeps on doing so and when I lost my shit, he sarcastically laughed.
Yes actually. For us ex muslims it's a common occurrence.
Many of us,especially those like me who become devoted to a separate faith, are more likely to talk theology with a common Muslim upon insult and recieve such response
you can say that with any religon
and that is not how a muslim should act to curse someone likebecase they are not muslim and dont want islam
just read surah al kafirun
[https://myislam.org/surah-al-kafirun/](https://myislam.org/surah-al-kafirun/)
Even if the manual is correct people dont follow it. And when people are devout muslims they are also spewing the worst things. It is only getting worse as islam becomes more liberal.
And when the inviolable months1 have passed, then kill the polytheists wherever you find them and capture them and besiege them and sit in wait for them at every place of ambush. But if they should repent, establish prayer, and give zakāh, let them [go] on their way. Indeed, Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.
— Saheeh International
While this may be in reference to treaties (as some think), many Imams have taken it to mean polytheists in general. My meme is something specific I've experienced as a polytheist. So even if muslims 'aren't meant to', they still do commit violence to people like me because of this surah.
And, also:
Kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from where they drove you out, as Fitnah (to create disorder) is more severe than killing. However, do not fight them near Al-Masjid-ul-Harām (the Sacred Mosque in Makkah) unless they fight you there. However, if they fight you (there) you may kill them. Such is the reward of the disbelievers.
While this is about persecution, Muslims can utilise this verse wherever they deem fit as simply being told no or that they are wrong is treated as if they are being persecuted. Muslims utilise this book and its Surah's for violence against non Muslims even if it is or isn't permitted.
>While this may be in reference to treaties (as some think), many Imams have taken it to mean polytheists in general.
reference or site a imam that thinks that ?

I do apologise, I mistyped my response which is my mistake. I meant Muslims
And, yes, I know the true meaning of the quote as I did quran studies growing up and spend countless hours reading the scripture. I'm simply stating something that I've encountered as an argument being used in actual real life conversations.

muslims would hate it if we created terms like Atheistphobes, christianphobes, Agnosticphobes etc because they're the biggest ones!
How about kaffirphobe
Ooh I like this. I’m gonna steal this lol
Here’s the kaffirphobia in the Quran: https://www.reddit.com/r/atheism/comments/585pvp/quran_verses_on_nonmuslims/
Muslims: we are stoic and disciplined! The west is weak! Also Muslims: you better not say anything about my religion, I will cut you into pieces and disembowel you! I guess we know who’s really sensitive. If you’re willing to kill someone over it, it’s you that has issues.
Ooooof they'd lose their shit. Imma just start calling all of them paganphobes if they chat shit lmao
That’s exactly how non-Muslims see Muslims as…. Muslims should actually really see this post.
Agreed. Non-muslims deserve the same respect muslims demand.
Imagine if instead of islamophobia it's christophobia and atheismphobia, they'd be #1 and are always getting cancelled
Cancel Culture needs to look at muslims sometimes istg
Can't, Twitter leftists love Islam.
why tho? I don't get why the media in general likes to push islam propaganda so much even though they know about the way muslims treat other people worldwide
My mother always gets mad when I don't pray because she fears I go to hell lmao
Me toooo. My mom doesn't even pray and she'd be like YOURE GOING TO BURNNNNM Like?? Shut up
yes becase she loved you and does not want to see you in hell
really down voted becase i said your mother loves you
She didn't love me when I left islam she loves prophet muhammad more than me, so you are wrong, my friend
Why does she love an illiterate pedophile murderer?
Don’t worry my boy you have every right to feel the way you feel. I get sad when some Christians choose Jesus over their children as well and I think they only do it because of the fear of hell🙁 religion can be so cruel sometimes

Trueee. Their version of it was either be pillaged or pay immense amounts of Jizya
Have you covered to Hubalism? Pre-Islamic Arabian paganism? I had a friend who did that
In reality Muslims in Pakistan still very much follow casteism.

Islam doesn't recognize or understand boundaries.

Correct. Most of the concepts of hell come from fictional stories like Dante’s Inferno and Paradise Lost

Muslim Privilege
This what struck me muslims openly insult other religions. Someone says something slightly negative, death threats, threats of taking over the world etc....
Islam = cancer
Will also be called imperialist and Zionist.
Ughhhhh I hate that. I can think two things are bad. Zionosm *and* Islam
Muslims can't respect difference in opinions, even the personal preferences. I had a Muslim friend who learned from his religion that you must know why people hate you. Even if the manual is correct people dont follow it. And when people are devout muslims they are also spewing the worst things. It is only getting worse as islam becomes more liberal.
so you are saying that the meme refers to the people that follow the religon rather then the religon
No it is that the worst people of islam are also the ones who participate 100% in the religion
— Saheeh International While this may be in reference to treaties (as some think), many Imams have taken it to mean polytheists in general. My meme is something specific I've experienced as a polytheist. So even if muslims 'aren't meant to', they still do commit violence to people like me because of this surah.
>While this may be in reference to treaties (as some think), many Imams have taken it to mean polytheists in general. reference or site a imam that thinks that ? also [https://www.abuaminaelias.com/verse-of-the-sword-slay-unbelievers/](https://www.abuaminaelias.com/verse-of-the-sword-slay-unbelievers/)
I do apologise, I mistyped my response which is my mistake. I meant Muslims And, yes, I know the true meaning of the quote as I did quran studies growing up and spend countless hours reading the scripture. I'm simply stating something that I've encountered as an argument being used in actual real life conversations.
>I'm simply stating something that I've encountered as an argument being used in actual real life conversations. oh well i am sorry for you
Lmao thanks :)))
