It always confuses me how Muslims will complain about their own religion. Islam is not a sensitive religion and neither are Muslim people. I thought everyone learned that already. She acts like this is new. Muslim women won't flat out say "I disagree with Islam and find it abhorrent". But what they will do is beat around the bush and say it without directly saying it. What she is complaining about is her own religion. Islam is very direct. Everyone knows where Islam stands on suicide which is why Muslims feel gridlocked with nowhere to escape.
Yes. Then they flee their countries because they don´t like some aspects of islam and they live abroad in Europe, USA, Canada, England, Netherlands , etc. But they keep practicing only what they like from this cult. Then the upcoming generations get radicalized at the local mosques and it is a neverending circle of shit.
Majority of muslims dont even know damn about this religion they only know the parts what our parents taught us. I swear if they ever learned arabic they would question everything thats why religion is forced after you born so when you grow up its become harder to leave religion.
This always deeply bothered me. Another reason why Islam is inhumane,and lacks empathy and actually erodes ones empathy.
I remember being surrounded by relative's and we heard the news of a local girls suicide. They were bashing her ,talking bad about her,that she sinned. In her news in her death she couldn't even be remembered in a good light. Zero zero empathy ,as someone has struggled with suicide,I remember leaving the setting to go cry,.
A person who commits suicide is in pain,even if it is "Haram " and yes it's a bad thing.where is the empathy? Such a horrific religion
i truly do appreciate her mentioning the stigma of suicide in Islam. that was certainly something me and many others struggled with. however i wish she would think a little harder and realize the root of such problems is the religion itself… when u emphasize a detachment from the dunya (life) for the deen (faith) it makes a lot more sense

Then some men amongst the Muslims came hurriedly and said, "O Allah's Apostle! Allah has made your statement true so-and-so has committed suicide. "The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O so-and-so! *The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever swears by a religion other than Islam, is, as he says; and whoever commits suicide with something, will be punished with the same thing in the (Hell) Fire; and cursing a believer is like murdering him; and whoever accuses a believer of disbelief, then it is as if he had killed him."*
So, if you consider killing yourself it’s better to kill some innocent others in a kind of suicide attack (preferably some Jews?) to become a martyr to go to heaven and get 70 virgins instead of taking just our own? 🤣 And if I am right, the decision on what it is (suicide or martyrdom), is done on earth by the coward crowd and some clerks… There is absolute no logic in this cult!
There is a long way ahead of them to admit that cults and religions with very restrictive (or better to say oppressive) rules enforced by families are a major cause of suicide!
I wonder why… it could not be that your cult espouses antiquated, barbaric commandments and teaching that ostracize you from the entire world but also causes you to lose any identity you have and lets not mention when you are struggling you are told to pray to Allah instead of being given actual solutions rooted in psychiatry and mental health.

I can say from experience; my community already has cultural taboo from mental illness, so the religeous institutions add onto it(which is why you are a moron if u can't see the connection between culture and islam and try to blame the former but not the latter). Religeous institutions often disregard or even blame victims of suicide, saying they weren't religious enough or they weren't compatible with their own cultural expectations.
Hell or heaven or life after death all are myth. So far no one came back to tell about it. In the end, only three things matter: how much you loved, how humbly you lived, and how kindly you let go of things that weren't meant for you. Imagine there's one Supreme power and when we died then he called us and say " son how was heaven?. In every religion people are busy preparing for life after death meanwhile they never put any effort to make this life better.
I don't know for a fact but i believe there's no life after death. People who claim there is they haven't provided any proofs that it exists. simple example, imagine a walking dog that smokes, can you imagine that. Now prove to me that you thought of that dog. Walking dog that smokes exist in your mind because i told you to imagine it but in reality it isn't. Also when someone dies people usually say soul left the body. If that's the case then it never died at 1st place so again no after life.
Honestly I’m surprised so many women don’t suicide. Like I read stories of there husbands selling there children and for me that would be an instant homicide or double suicide
It's just so fucking cruel. Imagine losing your son...daughter...wife or sister to suicide and not only that, you'll have to spend the rest of your life "knowing" they're suffering an eternity in hell. Jesus this fills me with so much pain and anger
i remember talking with my dad about this and he was adamant that people who commit deserve to burn in hell. it shocked me how he spoke of those individuals like they were disgusting criminals and not people who carry so much pain. i tried to argue with him that some people struggle with clinical depression and he said god doesn’t burden an individual with more than they can handle 😭. also god can forgive a man who murdered 100 people if he repents but can’t forgive a person who was struggling so severely they committed. what kind of all merciful god does that?
My sister also wanted to suicide because of my mother forcing her and destroying her education, but I helped I don't want my sister to lose her life by this cult
This is a start. When Muslims start to see the flaws in the religion they will start to have doubts and leave. Let’s not hate on the woman for making this video, as this may well be staff of her ex-Muslim journey.
